Good Rooms... Best place to stay for family.. one of the best hotel in Thoothukudi... They are given towel & soap, paste etc.... Restaurant & Bar ambiance was so good.. Im enjoy staying to here

Ambiance was so good and was completely blown up by the way they treat us hats off to the person who served as I give 4 starts bcuz of restroom facility I would just to improve it.

Their restaurant (food story) need to improve a lot , ordered chicken platter but the quality of raw material is not upto the mark and making also likewise ..Management Need to improvise or act on it immediately

1 star is also too much for this utterly managed property. This hotel doesnt exist, they take booking on the name of this hotel and then pressurise you to book other properties of their choice, never ever book this hotel, oyo rooms also forged my money on this booking, never book this property, you will be fooled.

Good rooms with reasonable price!

Neat and nice place. The room service are too good. I paid visit often a year before. Good reception and moderate rent n prices. We celebrated a party.... Alwin has given one of the unforgettable memories.

Better to implement interior

Great and decent place to stay. Rooms and services are good. Good price comes around 1100 to 1400 for 2 person with AC classic room including breakfast which is great. The bar at the terrace is so good and even the food at the bar is awesome. Location is also very near to the old bus stop which makes this ideal place to stay.

Hotel Alwin booked by Goibibo was nice experienced. Neat & Clean Room bathroom. Staff Helpful and cooperative very much. Stay for one day but due to work I have extended my staying in Alwin hotel.

Please attend the call, when we are keep on trying. And ask the desk team to provide the solutions to the customers. They are keen and ready to argue with us. We booked two rooms on Saturday 11.05.19, and they said check in time is around 120 clock. As you all knew, we got only one train service that will reach tuticorin every morning 70 clock. We reached ur hotel around 90 clock. And they are not ready to provide the rooms for stay. Keep on arguing to check in at 120 Clock. At last, we chose early check-in by paying Rs.310 for 2 and half hours extra time. We have been traveled and stayed at many OYO rooms. they werent make us to end up like this situation.

Oh very good one. Spacious rooms. Neat beds. Very good AC. Man I slept for 11 hours without waking up.

We reached to the Toothukudi late evening and were looking for decent accommodation. Fortunately found this place where the staff greeted us and helped to make our stay very comfortable. It is a decent hotel in the city. Food is very delicious. Must taste! Also a big fish in their aquarium ( my daughter loved it. )

Well i Have stayed almost 1 week in this hotel. I have mixed experience . Despite really high rate i have booked here through OYo. And i face really chaos to find this location as google maps itself confused over this. Finally somehow reached and it was lazy welcome. Then send me back adjucent ATM to make payemnt before checking in. Well its ok. Next day i talked to manager and booked rest of the day with a discount price. Thank you for that but still high. For a normal hotel. When i went first day morning for breakfast they keep me wait untill confirm with their reception. And after many people involvement and clarification finally they proceed. Breakfast include Idali and ponkal only i asked for poori they told they can provide 1 Piece of poori. Yes you heard it right. Ask tea you will get it.When i went to office someone from hotel called me and asking you continoue stay? Bla bla. And need to pay soon.. what the.... i told him will meet evening. When i talked to them most of the staffs didnt rply regarding why they after money while we staying here. But Housekeeping supervisor seems nice person explained me their management system is like that. Alright but try to organize the way its dont looj ugly.The best parts are thier Bar, Resturents, Housekeeping supervisor Lawrence, and the Security person. All of them were helpfull.Stayed 7 night. Never again going back there unless there is no option in tuthukudi

Both the times bad experience. bad room service. they demand cash instantly for every room service for every bill they make. reception people answer rude. old ac but fortunately working which blows freezing air without control and remote control. bad linen and untidy bathroom. conjusted.

Very good hotel and very cooperative staff also I like rooftop restaurant and basement restaurant the food was tasty hotel is old but nicely maintained.clean and spacious bathrooms and rooms but only yellow lights in room no white lights available otherwise everything is good.

The rooms were booked by an agent but when we arrived the rooms were so bad we left immediately. The rooms looked like a murderer scene with red stains on the wall, torn bedsheets and stained towel. Definitely do not recommend this.
