Id give it zero stars.These security goons need to be educated on how to behave with patients and bystanders. They say they follow protocols for covid but none are being followed! The covid protocols are left hanging in the walls for namesake but the nurses and security guys can be seen chatting in like a round table conference with a bit of paper just to stop visitors and show their aggressiveness!! Doubting that the housekeeping are being underpaid,they just flat out ask for money from patients just because they cleaned the restrooms. The nurses are not responsible either.They dont know how to technically handle a Doppler device.If it doesnt work,thats it..they take the previous reading as the last one. That level of concern they show to patients. The only good thing about this hospital is Dr.Dorus!!!On time,down to earth,jovial and so much care..... Nothing much to blah blah about this hospital. I gave 1rating as i could not find 0 rating for the sraffs working here. Doctors are good but non technical staffs are worst and had very bad experience. I took mri scan and got the report next day.I asked the staff to ask doctor to see the report as i dint bring op file she said rudely and shouting that we need op file. I tried to make her understand that i just wanna show i no need doctor consultation but she was rude and made me to go home and take the file. When i took the file from my home and gave to her the file and report she took it to the doctor and doctor just saw the report and said no need consultation for which she made me to go home and take the file which dint play any role. They never understand anything and just shouts at people. Even i saw her shouting at old people for asking her when is their token. Management should know that patients are their source of income. Give proper guidelines to non technical staffs on how to handle patients. Disappointing 😤

Avm hospital is very big hospital,it has all treaments facilities very hygiene and clean surrounding ,and qualified doctors

Hospital infrastructure, hygiene, service is not that good.Good experience:I prefer this hospital for maternity. They are keen on normal delivery and in only worst case scenario they go for C section. All credit goes to Dorus mam.Bad experience:Patient was in severe abdomen pain. Patient got admitted to emergency ward. No action was taken to identify the issue. They were just giving pain killers to reduce the pain. For a single ultrasound scan we waited for 8 hours. We reached the hospital at 10 Am with severe pain waited till 5 Pm for the scan. The entire time the patient was in pain. Is it a hospital or a clinic. A Hospital should have all kind of doctors and scans available atleast during day time.No words to says about doctors in emergency ward. They are pacca newbies.Dont go to this hospital if you are in emergency pain or problem.

Worst experience max of nurse/doctor are rude no one clearly explain your situation. They never even give you hope to live No positive at all .. Only few treat you well. Money minded hospital.. even the postpartum ward nurse dosnt even now what to do if IV stops.. administration is too worst no one helps to claim form insurance and that to if u paid with card no reimbursement at all... such a cheaters.

Dr. Dorus best Gynaecologist in town. Keeps you always in the best condition and supports you with the best results. I recommend her for all the females in here with my personal experience. She will only go for whats best for you.Rooms are not so great in the hospital. The second bed in the hospital rooms should also be provided with cots for the convenience of the person staying along with the patients.

AVM what to say. .. a hospital is defined by its hospitality. Here the casualty is always having good doctor s.. nurse are so good in casualty.. emergency cases are attended well. Doctors play a good role in this hospital.. there is three grade of treatment for inpatient s general ward.. single room and ac suite room.. treatment and nurse approach differ. Cost wise I will say its costly only. What else I can say.. they follow strict visiting hours

One ofthe Best Hospital in the City

A big multi speciality hospital in tuticorin apart from Government Hospital. Theyve modern and well maintained facilities. The staffs and doctors are courteous and responsive. Its also a very clean place.But make sure you get appointments before you visit the doctor or youll have to wait for a long time. Appointments can only be made in person from 5AM.

Medical care is ok. But other departments works very slowly .. particularly Labs getting too much delays in getting results.

I had phimosis problem. I had undergone circumcision by Dr. Viswanathan(urologist) on 20/12/2019. They messed up with the surgery I got infection in the surgery stitches.pus is coming out from the stitches. When I asked about it Dr. Viswanathan behaved very rudely to me . Now I am seeing another hospital to heal this infection. They charged 25000 rs for circumcision and the resultsare infected stitches, mental stress, receiving their rude behaviour.

Dont misjudge by its size, you will get the feeling of Govt hospital once got admitted. Seems staffs were not monitored by the administration. Especially nurses, they are not at all knowledgeable and experienced but behave very rude and uncivilized.

I took inpatient treatment here in the nineties for a crushed knee cap bone. In general, the treatment was good. But the long period of POP the leg could not be folded fully despite physiotherapy.
