Its one of the authorised service center for Redmi mobiles and they maintain their standards compared to Kottayam center. I visited here for repairing my Redmi mobile and so far so good. Staffs are cooperative. LocatedJust opposite to Axis Bank.

One of the best service centre for mi devices. The officials are customer friendly. They have a waiting centre. Services are done within given time, and the work they do is clean too. Its in the first floor of the building. The only problem is the tight parking space. There is no good parking area except for two wheelers. Apart from​ that its a good place.

Ive done my software thing of my Xiaomi redmi note 4 here under warranty period.This is authorized service centre of Xiaomi, Lenovo, Motorola, Micromax...There was 3 active counters for reception on Feb 2018.Service is quite fast..You have to bring original bill to claim the warranty.

I got my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, glass replacement done here in 30 minutes for Rs 3800. Efficient service. Airconditioned showroom. Lot of chairs and TV for customers to sit and relax. Only negative I felt is, they do not accept any card or digital payments. Had to get out and look for ATMs nearby for payment
