Rooms are okayish but service is very limited . Also there is a cheap bar ( Nippan Bar ) at the basement, hence the focus of the hotel is only on servicing the bar customers while hotel room guests get no attention

Its inside Thodupuzha town. Near KSRTC bus stand. Bar is average. No space inside bar for more than 10 at a time.but I think roof top also available sometimes. Some foods are some are very bad. Good parking space or get public transport easily.

The hotel only has 3 double bed rooms so lodging maybe hard for a family so booking a room early is the way to go.A single bed room costs 2000 rupees.The hotel has good facilities but poor coustmer service.Its good food and good facilities with a modern touch.The bathrooms are modern and spacious although the single bed rooms may be a bit cramped.There is no room food delivery but rather you have to eat the hotels restaurant downstairs.Theres also a refreshing balcony.The coustmer care can be better.Thus I give it only three stars ⭐⭐⭐ since it CAN be BETTER

Very bad experience from restaurant. We friends went there for onam sadhya yesterday. There was only 2 staff for handling more than 8 tables sadhya. It was just a below average vegetable meals, in a banana leaf, only 5 or 6 curry including banana chips, and a payasam, they called it onam sadhya and charged Rs.180 per plate 👿. We were waited for 15min for rice to be served after getting curry. A/c was also not working. Lost peace of mind.

The food is nice but the staff was almost utterly incompetent, its not something thats always a problem Ive been told but the one time I did go there, the waiter was drunk and I had to wait about 2 hours to get my food packaged. He kept fumbling with my card, dropping it thrice before he finally put it in the machine.

Decent food and ambience. The food would take some time to arrive but thats probably because they cook it fresh. We had to wait quite a while to get the food we ordered.

If you want a peace of mind dining experience try anything other than joance restaurant in Thodupuzha. I went to joance restaurant with my family for years, but not anymore. The service in the restaurant is terrible .we went there for onasadya and there were only one guy waiting whole tables..poor guy.. felt sorry for him. It clearly shows pathetic and miserable management at the top. When we went to the reception desk the attitude we got was like we were there for charity. Joance done and dusted.

One of the best choice hotel in the heart of the Thodupuzha city. Located near Idukki Jn, easily accessible through all major state highways. We stayed here for 2 nights . Rooms were nice and clean, but they seemed to be understaffed, so no coffee or restaurant before 8am. On the second morning we asked them to clean the room and left keys at the reception, on returning after a hot and tiring schedule we were upset as the room wasnt cleaned and when i got angry they say that the housekeeping staff had not come on that day, but later in the evening they got it cleaned while i waited in the hot corridor, here too they cut costs and didnt replenish the bottled water, we requested for a fresh bottle and they blatently said that only on the first day the bottled water is complimentary and i would have to buy it separately from the restaurant, quite petty i thought. I stayed in room 202 and the Ac has a problem i guess because it took almost 2 - 3 hours for the room to cool down to 24degrees. Few of their staff are courteous the others need training in hospitality.

Hotel is good. But communication is a very big problem. Staff and even manager dont know to speak any other language except malayalam.

Today, we a group of 7 members went for meals at joance restuarant, there is only two of suppliers and they are unable to handle all the tables. And the ac is not working and no fans too. After we complaint at reception, staff didnt responded. Both two suppliers are do there role well.
