This shop has fallen through many levels in terms of quality of food and services. There were 4 caretakers and no one seems to have any interest to cater. Quality of food was super pathetic. Sad to see a better performing shop just crashed over a short time.

KR Bakes may be a good brand ,but in Thodupuzha they are performing bad. The STAFF IS NOT GOOD. THEY DO NOT EVEN MIND TO TAKE ORDERS, they behave as if the customers are eating for free....They do not want business it seems....VERY BAD STAFF @KR BAKES THODUPUZHA...LOCAL BAKERY STAFF IS BETTER THAN THEM.

Its branch of KR bakers group. All items branded from KR. Nice cofee shop with arabic chicken items. Lot of snacks available there. But price wise little high. Also having lot of parking infront of bakary. Taste I will give 3.5.inside lot of spaces for dining.

In Palarivatom KR Bakery is the best. The baked food items & live foods are ok. I usually try the egg sandwich which is quite good.

This place is certainly above the average when compared to the other bakeries around. Prices are a little bit on the higher side, but is justified because of the taste and quality. Not exceptional in any way. So dont expect more. Not all items have the same quality. Some of them are really good, some are just average.

The quality of bakery items are not good as before. I think the management of the company is not efficient nowadays. The franchisees are not performing good. The cakes and other perishable items like puffs, cutlet, pastries are not of good quality. Prices also too high.

First of all it is very expensive. The quality and quantity of the food is almost ok, but the price is not reasonable. Clinlines and ambiance of the bakery is so good, especially the service. As all the staff has their uniforms, it was so easy to identify them at a peak time. But I repeat the rate of the items are huge.If the price is not an issue for you, go for it.

OVER PRICED SHOP...!!! They are thinking like we are buying items for free.Staffs are impolite. Also they are charging too much for the sweets in the name of Deepavali. Usually sweets like laddu and peda price ranges from Rs.12-15 per piece. But they charging for Deepavali sweets per kg and same item we get for Rs.20 per piece...Damnnn...!! Also they are forcely including priceless items like Laddu, mysore pakku kind of things more with the sweet box..A change needed.
