Cheated!!! 😡😡😡😠☹️😭He destroyed my Laptop! It became dead!!! I gave it for display problem for which he claimed confidently it will be rectified after replacing LVDS display chip. He changed it . He called and said I should change RAM, processor, HDD because it is heating up. My laptop never heated up when i was working. He actually short circuited motherboard and it became dead condition. He didnt inform me tat laptop was dead and he took 900 rs from me for the chip. After receiving the laptop i checked it is not switching on. I was completely cheated !!! I was having an important assignment to do urgently which is why i gave to this shop for emergency. He completely ruined my laptop without having proper experience in repairing laptop he is doing practice, trial and error with customer devices. Doesnt even deserve a single star rating. I m without any system now. I m very stressed. Have to a buy a new laptop now 😭

Awesome!It was my lucky day that I found this business after my old computer repair man closed his shop.This is one of those businesss that you say after your first visit I will never go anywhere else.The owner is extremely knowledgeable and service is fast and reasonable, what a winning combination :)But what also impressed me was the genuine kindness in the shop.It is a quality that cant be faked.What a happy place to visit.

I bought my Brother a refurbished Mini Desktop Computer so hed be able to work from home when his office closed due to theCovid-19 PandemicEverything was going fine until a month after its warranty expired. The computer just wouldnt turn on .I called the company and they sent me a video showing how to unscrew the side of the computer and repair it...I was horrified ...First I was 3000 miles away from the computer and even if closer Im just not savvy enough to be diving inside the hardware. My brother is even less savvy than Iso I hunted on google to find a repair shop.I called a few places... when I called the Computer Repair Doctor I was very impressed with the questions they asked and their willingness to solve my problem. I emailed them the video I was sent,told my brother to take the computer in, and crossed my fingers hoping it could be repaired.SUCCESS!!!The problem was NOT the issue they sent the repair video to solve (Thank goodness I didnt whip out that screwdriver) but much more complicated.The Doctor was kind enough to give me a detailed summary describing the steps taken to repair the computerIt is working wonderfully now and I am so glad theres a place that I can turn to if something comes up. I think the the term Doctor is so appropriate.My brother and I are extremely pleased with their service and recommend them highly.Many Thanks
