I have ordered a Birthday cake for my friend through Zomato. I had given the instruction to write Birthday wishes on the cake through the Zomato App and called them directly for the same. But unfortunately they were delivered a blank cake. It was very disappointed. I called them once get it, they told to me that they were very busy and it was happened by mistake. Never expected this on a special day of my friend. Totally fed up. 😏😏👎👎👎

All Cakes are very high rate. They didnt give any discount to the customers. They accept all upi payments and all credit and debit cards.

One of the best Cake shops in Town !Have variety of cake options and even if youre in hurry, youve got a cake here (during the working hours please😝). Have purchased 2-3 times from here and all the times it was delite... And last time one guy from the cake shop had all the patience to join me to help to select a cake taking around 20 minutes, saying name and ingredients of all cakes available at that time in the store.So its a customer friendly shop with tasty treats.Also the cake has other things to offer like, party poppers, chocolates etc.Over all, It is highly recommended for your cake needs !

I bought a red velvet cake 1kg from their shop today at 5:30 PM. It was looking good. The outer colour and pastry was good. But inside, the cake was too hard. No taste at all. Very surprised to see its poor quality. I wouldnt recommend this shop any more. not happy :(

Had a very bad experience from Cake world today. We ordered for Birthday cake and we got the imperfect one and unfinished one. It seems like they are delivering the old stock.Never recommended Cake world to anyone

The pastries are nice and lot of variety is there. But other items are a big let down. And for gods sake please dont sale sqaure cut sponge chocolate cake pieces as brownie. Thats like cheating your customer. I have given 3 stars just beacuse of the pastries and cakes.

The red bee cake I bought for my birthday from kazhakuttom cake world was so bad it was a kg. There was no taste at all. Its just a lots of cream. I lost my money when I bought the cake trusting cake world. I had to worry about the birthday itself 😓

I had a shawarma chicken from cake world today. Cake world is here in this spot by over 10 years i believe. Im seeing this shop as far as my existence in kazhakkoottam. Long back we friends used to have shawai chicken from here.Shawai chicken was average. Salad was sad, with cabbages, onions and chilly pickle , which was dry too. Had a bad experience this time. Staff is not customer friendly. He was not willing to say what type of cake have been displayed. He was like just saying the prices of cakes and looked at me like if you want you buy or not.

Bubby cappeccino, german chocolate etc available. location is Very near to alsaj international convention centre kazhakkuttam. Different types of chocolates, branded ice creams also available. They have total 5 branches in trivandrum.
