Incompetent staff, expensive, gives no value for your time, they are one of the oldest and stays old.

Your hard earned money is at risk when you buy a ticket from ATE TVM!!!Waiting for INR.1/- lakhs from them since last 5 months. They are not even responding now. Flight got cancelled by the flight operator itself. Its is okay to wait for one or two months to get the refund. But even after 5 months there is no hope for my money.So if you are planning to book a ticket, think twice.

HAJJ 2018More than my personal review, this is a compilation of feedbacks which i have heard during my Hajj days.Alhamdullilah we reached our country, but landed in Trivandrum airport since Nedumbassery is closed. The two companies namely Air Travel and Great India paid very much responsibility and dedication to carry us aĺl from Trivandrum to Kodungalloor and Kanjirappally in buses sponsored by them.The Air Travel and Great India Tour offered us countless services but at the same time there were mistakes also and that is pointed here to rectify the errors and provide more services for the future Hujjajs.The service of Imam/Managers and volunteers were excellent. May Allah bless them.They were very much hospitable. They are God fearing servants. They are dedicated people. There are no extra or unnecessary collections in this group during our journey.The facilities at Makkah was satisfactory except with Mess.It all started with GST. These two companies collected 15000 from each Hajis in the name of GST. After reaching Makkah we came to know that many Haj operators have not collected GST from Hajis whereas we were forced to pay GST to Air Travel Enterprises and Great India Tour Company.One Private tour operator who carries more than 1500 Hajis this year took only an undertaking from Hajis.We are deeply hurted upon this. We have asked receipts for our GST. Otherwise We hope this will be refunded to regain our lost confidence in these travels. The company should be fair and honest in this matter. Otherwise all those who collected GST, let them answer before Allah.Hajis had their individual problems in Medina for which i find this place not suitable to elaborate the complaints. The complaints are common every year was the company reply.The company must take individual written feedbacks from each and every Hajis soon after Hajj 2018 for improving services in future. Otherwise the company wont be able to provide expected services and facilities to new (new) generations.Today is second last day in Medina. The Fairosiya Al Khair hotel people bundled all our washed clothes and put in their dirty laundry basket. All Hajis and Hajas are irritated and angry upon this act. We were suffering (lack of peace of mind on cloth drying and lift issue mainly) and it has reached its height today.Changing the perspired clothes daily and washing it is one of our basic requirements especially during Hajj and Umrah. If the hotels at Makkah and Medina dont encourage dress washing and drying the Air Travel or Great India must tie up with some laundry shops and solve this issue. I write this after knowing that other Hajj and Umrah operators from Kerala does this and help the pilgrims.We hate plastic. But the mess here except madina supplies hot hot liquids in plastic glasses.The life at Mina was very craaaaamped. Everyone was complaining this. This year company carried 196 Hajis in the name of two companies and they were made to live a cramped life in Mina tents.We were comfortably carried in four buses. But from Azizia to Mina, Mina to Arafa , back from Arafa to Mina we were taken in three buses and this created competition in us for getting a seat in bus. But after pebbling when we left Mina to Azizia there were four buses. This was not properly communicated to us and due to competition for seat there was commotion to enter buses. Without proper communication there is no use in saying that you are Hajis and you should show patience.We reached Mecca in three batches. Two batches came directly in Saudia flight and one batch in Kuwait Airways. Those who came in Kuwait Airways left Mecca 10 hours before journey. We will have stopover at Kuwait. This created very much struggle for the elderly and sick, especially in the journey after Haj. Hope the company will book direct flight for all in future.
