The work was done very swiftly and efficiently. Even during an attempted hacking, ofek tech took immediate counter actions. Over all a good experience.

The website is in no good shape, even after 23 days, 4 visits to their office and tons of email follow ups.I have more than 9 years of global IT experience. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. I discontinued the project and didnt ask for the money back, because I value my time. Problems I encountered:1) No Technical Expertise: Client will have to babysit the developer. They took on the project even though they didnt know the technology.2) Bad Customer Service: No client updates, I had to do multiple email followups and in person visits just to get an update.3) No Accountability: The top management never responds to your email or checks with you regarding the project.4) They will spend an hour everyday on the project, dragging it forever. Give you new unreasonable excuses each day.Hope they learn from their mistakes...
