Company without any ethics, It is a burglary center, especially people in Japan project.Worst work culture. Politics at its peak. Even illegal bond is applicable here, employees needs to pay bond amount with gst.I resigned after completing my project. But while on notice period (which is meant for knowledge transfer) they put me in a new project, and asked me to pay 5 months salary to them as notice period amount.HR or finance team never responds to emails.After taking notice period amount+gst from me, they never gave any receipts. Also in their policy document nowhere it is mentioned about the gst.Their form 16 was incorrect, and you would need to pay extra tax because of it

Software solution for airlines.... Most of the airlines are using ibs software as backend for ticket booking, cabincrew movement, payment gateway etc. Java developers get job easily good salary package if you are a permanent employe. But not good for a IT support person, contract employees, traines, they will get only a low salary package, and will not get any benefits like pf or esi.

IBS is a good company to work in. But be ready to work hard as you wont be able to sit around idly.If you compare UST and IBS both companies started around same time. Where UST is service based, IBS is Product based company . UST have more than 14000 plus employees whereas IBS have only 2000 plus employees so the work load will also be more.In IBS the focus is on getting the work done. So if you want a leave you have to manage you work and you will be able to take leave which is almost 31 or 32 leaves a year give or take. But in UST you are billing for the working hours. Mine was 21 dollars per hr so if I take 1 day leave means its that much loss to the account. So taking leaves where difficult. Also the max leaves were around 15 to 17 I guess.IBS does have its bad side and politics. But you will probably find it in all companies, So there is no escaping it.
