It is not the first time that Im purchasing goods from Bata. But let me be clear about it. I had the worst experience with them. I bought the shoe from their shop on 28th July 2021 for attending my SSB interview. I just used the shoes on the day of my interview. It was so shocking to see the heels coming out while I was walking. One can imagine how humiliating the situation is when you face such a board with such shoes. The photograph is attached here and I would again say this was my worst experience with Bata. A shoe which should last for atleast an year , couldnt even be used for a day.And its pathetic to have such an experience from a brand which we trust as our first choice for footwears.

WHEN YOU HAVE A BRAND NAME, WE EXPECT QUALITY. IF YOU CANT PROVIDE THAT, THEN, I dont know what to say. Very much disappointed with your service. Bought a pair of shoe for 3000 bucks and on the very first day, the sole came off. When asked for refund, they said they cant give refund but have to buy something else for the same price. Well, 3000rs is not a small amount. The least you could do was say a sorry. But you guys were keen on replacing the item with the same amount. Thank you for your very depressing customer service.

The guy at the billing counter/the shop keeper should have some more patience with customers atleast. Impatience, and blurting of needless words at the slightest - is not a plus. (So, minus 4 stars)The only star I gave is for the sales person on the 1st floor who was happy enough to help with different footwear sizes for all the customers in wait, without any reluctance, as meant to be.Not enough varieties/sizes to choose from. Ill visit Bata again, but not this shop.

Good collection.. Great quality and good range of products.. A very good place to go to when quality is the first thing that you crave..The salesmen are very cooperative.Offers are given at particular times of the year and if you grab them... Woohoo.. All set😃

Went to this showroom on 7.02.2021. I must say that they provide the worst customer service. They dont attend the customers who walk in, least bothered to provide different sizes of footwear when asked for it. I have seen other staff members also who was busy stock keeping.Whoever is responsible for this shop just go through your Google reviews. Too many bad reviews... Never coming back to this shop again.

Nice collections of daily wears. Brought flip-flop for me and wife. I believe three cars can Park at a time.

I personally wanted formal shoes and they didnt have much varieties in that section. Rest all seemed to be fine.

They think they are doing some kind of free service to the customer by selling their goods. Time will come one day when they will realize that Customer is doing a service to them by buying their goods. If they don’t change, Amazon & Flip kart will teach these people a lesson.

Worst customer service. The staff were not attending.After waiting for a long time.I selected a pair of sandals myself and the guy who was billing it to me was rude too.. And after a week the sandals was torn.When I went there they asked me to produce the bill.I told them I dont have it and asked them to check it in their pc using my mob no(which they did at the time of purchase) .but they said they cant do anything.Very bad shop.

Very bad service. My brother bought a footwear it got damaged in one week, the strap broke. When we went back to ask for help they were like we cant do anything without bill. Which obviously who is gonna keep. When asked to pull data from internet. They cant do it. Worst case of customer experience. Please go to some other shop people.

Compared to other shops, collection is more. Best customer service. If you are a bata brand fan, i recommend this franchise shop.

The collection is good comparative to other centres of bata in Trivandrum.customer behaviour and attitude is satisfactory. But sometimes the quality of the shoes is not up to the rate.

I bought one sandal which has an MRP of 2299 and I was billed more than MRP. I asked the salesman and he rudely replied that it is like that. Since I was in a hurry and couldnt find the same model anywhere else, I had to buy it at an elevated price.
