Too much attitude for the service engineers. When I went to collect the serviced laptop here, this engineer started speaking as if we need to Hardware engineering basics to go for their service..They forget that we customers pay service charge for their service which including respecting the customers.Moreover the payment which say itself is without bill and almost forcing the customer to pay without bill.

Bad experience from Comsol Vazhuthacaud. My brother purchased a system from the shop, it got complaint within few months. They dont even value Customers. Bad service.

The place is awesome. Actually I have not bought anything yet. I was just visiting. The place is good, crowd was not there. But they need to improve the shop. They should add more facilities like wheel chair entry and all those things that are required in this COVID-19 situation. I doubt whether they are following all those steps. Laptop availability is low. That we cant blame them. The production is low as well and this is affected all most all shops. Other than this everything is fine.

Best IT gear shop in Thiruvananthapuram for sure. During OCT -2020 I bought a SAMSUNG 24 Inch LED monitor from COMSOL. With in 2 weeks it got random power OFF issue. Samsung service visited and made the ticket watch (Absolutely not good service ). Last week again this brand new Samsung monitor failed. Raised a service ticket with photo copy of purchase bill. Still samsung cancelled that ticket telling need more info. Remember the ticket has all info like Model, serial num, my contact info. My work got blocked. So i explained comsol that my less that 15 days old Samsung is broken and my offical WORK FROM HOME is blocked. COMSOL gave me a choice of return. I returned SAMSUNG and took home a new BENQ 24 FHD LED. So far loving BENQ and COMSOL. Never buy SAMSUNG monitor. Product failure, service failure.

I purchased a laptop recently from Comsol Vazhuthacaud. I got complaint within a month. i asked for lenovo service center number. They said they dont know and they are not aware about the issue. Very bad service

On 26th evening cartridge was taken and refilled. After that only three prints could be taken. Today also I telephoned so many times. Kindly make necessary arrangements for solving the problem. The cartridge was bought on July.So it might be really a fault in filling the cartridge.

I have been buying from comsol for the past 12yrs, awesome customer service and best in price . - This was a my past experience. I bought a new smps , thing didnt work properly so i gave them the whole pc to check it out. They told me that the motherboard needs replacing/repairing. Got the PC after a week and it still had the same issue. Turns out it was the smps that had the issue and they falsely charged me rs.1000. i took the smps back to get it resolved in the warranty. Staff took my details and told me that they would call me in 15days(no slip given to me). 1 and half months passed and still no call and so I visited them. Happens so that the staff lost my details and had fixed my smps in some other customers PC... I mean how responsible are they... So for the trouble they caused I had to visit them thrice again. They gave me another smps that did not work and i had to take the PC back to them for that and now it works just fine with another used smps that they replaced it with. So i wasted a 1000rs and a new smps worth another 1000rs and time and effort in the process. Not the comsol I knew of. Customer Service is Junk with them nowadays. Find some place else to get your business done.

They sell branded desktops, All In Ones and Laptops from all the leading brands as well as custom PCs, peripherals and Post PC devices. And if a device fails under warranty they will RMA it for you, so you dont have to visit the authorised service centre. Highly Recommended.

I bought a 4gb ddr3 ram from comsol and I was charged INR 1600. I saw the same product at Amazon for 1200. I understand the margin taken but 400 rs is on a higher side. My bad for not checking prior to purchase. The worst part is that the warranty label in the back side was broken and it was clearly mentioned warranty void if tampered. I strongly believe I had taken home a used one.

If you wish to purchase anything related to computers, I suggest you check this place out. I am sure that this place is the top three in Trivandrum, providing a very good price for many things. But I do suggest you also compare the prices here with that of Logtech as both of them have offered me better prices on different products. Do see Raman if you visit here for a better discount. He is a nice guy

Excellent PC sales and service center.Skilled and polite staff under a honest owner.I have been their customer for more than 7yrs.I have even purchased a high end gaming laptop from them as they are authorised Asus dealers.I have had my laptop cleaned multiple times to solve heating issues aswell.This place is a heaven in comparison to shops like Logtech where they treat customers like cattle.

Very bad experience. Me and my friend went there for filling catridge and they damaged the catridge and called us liars. They even made us to take the printer itself to prove it. The only effect was that we lost our money and catridgeThis is the worst customer service ever. Please dont go anywhere near that shop.
