The kind of services and treatment got at this clinic was commendable. I had severe muscle spasm and joint pain. It was really difficult to work with that condition. Great ! It was really a great experience , I underwent physiotherapy procedure from this centre for my hamstring injury. Very friendly and experienced therapists are available here, they not only used machines but also given me manual therapy. Now Im completely recovered from the injury.

My Mom had a tendon tear on her left leg and after about 12 weeks of conservative treatment, we headed to The Painfree Physio & Sports Rehab - Physiotherapy Center for the next phase - Physiotherapy. We were quite sceptical about how the treatment would go, as we decided to be here based on the previously provided reviews. To begin with, Adarshs approach and attitude made us comfortable. Within few days of physiotherapy, Amma started walking and felt relieved from tightness. Over time, she gained confidence to walk without the elbow crutch as well. Timings were convenient and anytime we wanted a change, he was more than happy to do so. Adarsh kept checking the progress every single session and encouraged Amma. I went there with both my knees acl injured, and shattered dreams of playing any kind of sport again . But Adarsh a very skilled and experienced physio gave me confidence that with proper rehab and training Ill be hit the field again in a few months time. I’m suffering from Grade 2 chondromalacia patellae of both knees. I was skeptical about going to a Physio clinic ,since I had a high grade tear ,meniscal tear and partial tear on patello femoral ligament on my left knee.l was in sever pain and couldnt even walk without the help of someone! All this happened when I slipped my legs and fell from stairs. It was a sever trauma and the doctors recommended me to go under knife for Acl reconstruction surgery.I went to this clinic only to regain my knee movement ,I could only bent my knee 60 degree then! It is really praiseworthy what he did after that.Not only did I regained my knee movement fully but my limping and pain disappeared.I regained knee strength and I am back to normal even without a surgery.I highly recommend his service.Adarsh is really an experienced and gifted Physio.It will be really a pain free journey with him.
