Dont go for Covid or any test here. Out 2 reports only 1 received through SMS. other one is not received through SMS or mail. We contacted to lab for ICMR report for insurance claim. Staff have no idea about ICMR report and its purpose. After a long negotiation, they give us ICMR report. Bad customer service and dealing.

The lady at the reception and billing was a nice personality. But the report section is horrible. Out of 2reports which were to be mailed by 4.30pm on September 24th, only one was sent. Also the reports to be mailed on Sept 27th 3pm were not mailed and when we contacted by 6pm the lady over the phone was too rude. It would be better if the authority look into such issues and take necessary action.

You will have to wait for a very long time even if u go there earlier since there is no booking and token system ..... Bad service and customer dealing . Worst scanning centre that i have visited in my whole life... I recommend you to visit other centre for good approach and care...

Reviews are low since a lot of Covid ones. Give them 4 stars in handling my MRI. Staff are courteous, deliver on time. Only they need improvement in adhering to Covid 19 protocols.

This facility is having decent parking and staff is very friendly. Had to visit there for a blood test and waiting time is high. Results are delayed by hours not sure about the accuracy as the doctor asked me to do it from a different one to confirm the values.

The staffs doesnt know there branches phone numbers I asked for thiruvananthapurams chackai branch phone number and they gave me pathanamthitta branch number...when I point out that they were least bothered..

Dont go for covid test here. Three members of my family did rtpcr from this lab. Two came negative and one came detected low. And they told test should be done with in 48 hrs. But without waiting for it. they reported to government as positive. We got call from police, corporation, asha workers. We explained its doubtful. So We did rtpcr again after 48 hrs from ddrc and the result came negative.My mother aged 53 with BP went through a mental trauma for 48 hrs. She got no symptoms at all. We did the test for covid because we have to attend a wedding

If u r going through medical insurance please be aware these people will never share the report.but take money from insurance team.Very bad management.

Delay in publishing rtpcr results.Lack of proper communication.

Do not go for Covid test here via Dr. Gopinath clinic. We faced issue with positive report of dependency on 27th march for RT-PCR test. This leads to travel restrictions for interstate to us.To confirm again virus content they told to do test again after 48hrs. Before this itself they uploaded data as positive in arogya sethu portal. But when we tested in DDRC lab it was negetive.Also we requested arogya sethu support ppl to remove positive status with latest report. Really we were in worst situations. So do not do covid test here.

Pathetic reception staffs. arrogant and never mind attitude.Have to wait at the reception for a long time and they are not even concerned we re waiting. they talk on phone chit chat and when they feel they will bill us. even if we call and ask if rush hour, they tell tcome here and then only can say they cant say over phone or give appoinments. when we reach there, this is the attittide. very pathetic , even after seeing reviews in Google and ratings noone is even bothered to take carepatients come to them so they should atleast give them a care and comfort. it is not like we begging in front of them. they are getting paid and its their business. very pathetic and arrogant organisation.

Good lab in trivandrum

This review is purely based on my experience. I have seen so many negative reviews. But I had a nice experience with them. As I had to do covid test with date of birth and nationality (Singapore requirement) in my certificate, they provided one with those details. DDRC near Infosys denied to give the certificate with date of birth and nationality.I collected the result on Sunday, and I enquired them about a place where I could take the printout of a mail which I received then. They replied it was difficult to get the printout on Sunday as most of the shops would be closed and they took the printout from their system.May be the guy who sits there was nice, anyway I had a nice experience.

I felt dissapointed seeing that in the scaning room, beds are not being sanitized. A big rush is there for the scaning. Still they are not bothered to sanitize the area time to time. Beds are supposed to be sanitized after every customer uses it. One staff removed her mask for coughing when one customer was in front of her. The staffs should be more cautious. When they increase the rates for scaning, they are supposed to reach the service accordingly. And especially the above said arent just service, but safety and precaution.

I went for an MRI.good experience.better get an appointment early morning 7:00 am to avoid crowd.

Time punctuality is not at all following in this lab. I was asked for scan at 0930hrs. And even doctor has come at 0950 hrs. In google its showing lab timing at 0630 hrs but actual scan timing is not before 1000hrs.so please dont be misguided in emergency....Rest staff is very well behaved, polite and nice....But doctor must learn time punctuality..

Worst place! No COVID protocols have been followed. The sanitizer bottle kept at the entrance is filled with pipe water. Even the radiologist doesnt seem to be having knowledge. Scan reports have been wrongly printed.Couldnt expect this kind of experience from a reputed scanning centre in Central Trivandrum.

Decent lab. Waiting time is not that long (at least for the type of scan which we came for). When asked for waiting time, I was told that the will tell after I pay the money and take the bill. Other than that it was decent experience.

The office is at a convenient location.The staffs behaviour is truly professional, they were ready to assist the customer needs.The security was helpful in parking also helped to get into the car even though it was raining.Accepts credit / debit card.The place looked neat and tidy. Lift was availble to go to upper floors.The price seems to be on higher side.

I have requested the receptionist and MRI section staffs to send the soft copy of MRI images over email as my doctor asked me the same. But they didnt support. Then I requested to send the same thru courier, but they denied. During this covid outbreak time, we could have avoid the multiple visit to their office if they supported...

Unfortunately I went to Devi scan and took MRI. After the scanning procedure lab attender insist me to accompany him to CT scan room and ask me to lay down on the CT device. My Dr didn’t prescribed for CT, when I asked the attender told that it is free of cost and result will not share with patients or there Doctors. It is for there internal purpose, project or paper presentation of the radiologist!!!!In my limited knowledge 1 CT scan is same as 1000 X-rays.Didn’t expect this kind of cheating for Devi scans. Yesterday I discussed the issue with respective employees and they said they will do only with the consent of the patient.

Too late and no friendly

Even blood results are wrong.I test my thyroid and TSH SHOWS 10.41.My doctor shocked with the result because 15 days back TSH was 4.40.So doctor advice retest same day with other lab.Their my result is 5.11.both test time difference is 4 hours only.Doctor taken the second result.

Facilities are good. Spacious and clean interiors. Parking space available for 8-10 cars. But extreme delay in getting results. I gave blood for test at 8 oclock morning. They told results will be ready by 12pm. Now its 3:30pm. Still waiting : (

Came to the place for a blood test done. They took down my details and phone number and asked to wait. After about half an hour the receptionist changed. When I enquired they had no clue as to why I was sitting there. Really bad clerical work and man management.

After test at 3pm they saying that result will be give tomorrow. As my case I should come 100kms far tomorrow also for getting the result. Its very worst service i have ever faced. The facility is neat and clean. But patient care and customer service is bad. First of all I had to ask for a lady assistant to assist me and other ladies with our queries. Secondly, I had to call multiple times to get the details of my report. I would appreciate if the management could look into these details.

Went to Devi labs, Kumarapuram today for my mothers blood tests. She had a snake bite earlier in the day and had spent the day in Medical college under observation and allowed to go home provided repeated blood tests every few hours were normal. Went to Devi because they claim to have a 24 hour service. Gave the bloods by 9.15 pm. Was told the reports will be ready by 9 am the next day. Being a doctor and knowing the seriousness of the condition I told them it was not acceptable. The lab technician then asked me why I needed it urgently. When I told him she had a snake bite, he said hell email the report as soon as its ready. 3 hours went by with no mails and when I call up to enquire, I get the answer that the technicians have gone off and the result will be available only by 9 am the next day.The 24 hour service they claim is only 24 hour blood collection, not 24 hour processing. This way they get to keep their customers and get their collections, but those who pay dont get the results however.Heights of unprofessionalism.

Better avoid this place. Charges are exorbitant. The scan room is cramped and filthy and unhygienic The same bed cover is used throughout the day by hundreds of patients. Chances for spreading diseases are more here. The doctor who does the job is in a hurry to finish of large number of scans every day and its nonstop. In his hurry he may miss many observations. The toilets are stinking and no place to change your dress if required. Overall a very bad experience.

I went today (Sunday) for getting a Digital X-Ray. I was asked to wait in the lounge and wait for 20 minutes to get the report. I waited for more than 45 minutes and my name was not called for collecting the report. Then, a nurse who helped me in the X-ray room happened to pass by and saw me sitting there in the lounge. She asked the lady at the Report Section why my report was not given. The lady at the Report counter was not aware that the report had come. Her only job is to give call out the name and give the report to the patient. Moreover it was a Sunday and not many people were there. She checked and the report was indeed there.It was a clear case of negligence. I didnt expect the scan center to keep such irresponsible employees who cant do their job properly. I call the complaint number posted on the walls but no one attended the call. Pathetic service.

Worst service anyone can expect.. They should have option of minus stars... They insist on paying at one location for discount then history you explain in 2nd location and the scan ends up in 3rd location.. If you wish to spend an entire day for one single scan then only go ahead with this Lab

Very pathetic and poor service. Now called more than 6 times to get emailed my MRI report. They had assured that they will email it at 11.am now more than 5 hours finished..Until now, I didnt get it..!!😠😠

I had a worst experience in this scan center.Staffs are not responsive and need to wait more time for scan report.The only we went here because our Dr refered to this center.Dr has clearly mentioned in the note stating that scan center need to take only MRI,not VEEG(please refer the screenshot).But they insist us to take that also.we didnt noticed it the note,at least the lady (who was there in the customer service on that time) can inform the same to us,then unnecessarily we wont waste our money for this.Now this report is totally waste.They are not deserving even 1* because I cant give below that .

It is sad to see that it has come to a stage where scanning has become a means to an end as an opportunity to make money through medical requirements. I hope there will be more competitions for fairer price list.

After seeing a few negative reviews, I was sceptical of going to Devi Scans, but I still went because one of my relatives suggested to go there. I went on a Saturday afternoon and everything was smooth in there. The scan was done in quick time and within 30mins I was able to get out after the scan and the blood sample collection. The facility is well maintained and the toilets were kept in good condition. The rates were reasonable as well compared to other big diagnostic firms in Trivandrum.

Very rude staff. Long waiting time. I called at 8.30 and they were asked to come now. When I was there are 30 tokens and only one doctor. Again I asked, then why you asked to come now. They answered it is our responsibility to ask the queue as they have time till 9 pm. We waited there from 9am

Very bad service. They call u up saying scans can be taken immediately, and when we reach there they say us to wait for 3 plus hours. Very poor customer service. These kind of behavior is just making us think that the administration is just greedy for more money and not proper service.

Warning : They double , triple book appointments. Book only if you have an entire day to spare waiting - even after having an appointment.I had an appointment at 11.30 AM for MRI on a Wednesday. After following up many times - by the time I went in for the scan it was 2.30 PM . 3 hours delay as they double triple booked same slot as and when more people comes in. Also since the place is crowded they do not have any care for customers. I will never repeat and probably try one of the other Labs near to MC.

My mother went to Devi Scans near Medical College on 13th April to take spinal X-ray and DEXA Scan. She was asked to wear the gown provided by them and the condition of the gown given for taking DEXA Scan was pathetic. Seems they have not washed it for ages! The horrible odour of sweat was prevalent in it and my mother felt very uneasy because of this. She mentioned this to the lab technician who did not respond at all. Also another gown was given for taking spinal X ray and it had many dirty patches on it. The cost of both the tests-Rs 4000/- Why cant the authorities spare some time to wash these gowns regularly?These are worn again and again by different types of people. We go to these labs for diagnostic purpose and now we have to take precautions to avoid contacting any contagious disease from these labs!!

There is a branch of this unit at Kottamughal near Mannanthala. Services are good and it keeps opened from 6AM to 6PM.

Staffs are irresposible. They dont give any respect towards patients privacy. They allow other patients or outsiders to enter the room while a patient was going through ultra sound scan. The patient going through the process may Or may not wear clothes. They dont even provide any curtain or staff to prevent the entry. The patients waiting outside can see the privacy of the patient. It is a matter of showing disrespect to all, especialy women. So requesting everyone to choose other place in order to protect your privacy. Even the staff dont bother about patients privacy. They speak with other staff keeping the door open,and allowing the persons waiting outside tosee the patient going through scan. They are suppose to take care of patients visiting there than insulting them. This happend to my mother. If it happen to a teenage girl how will she face everyone. My mother went there for medical check up, but she was very much disappointed with the experience she had.Its better to go to Govt hospital than Devi scan. Even Govt hospitals keep the privacy of the patient.

Pathetic quality of employees.On an inquiry of my report the receptionist transferred my call without letting me know. As I was unaware of the new person on the other endI acknowledged without introduction. On realization it was a new person I clarified what happened. They out-broke on me saying not to teach the institution how to handle customers and used explicit language in the process

Dont go.Pathetic service and arrogant staff.Devi scan staff dont believe or value in there customer valuable time.They will give you appointment at 11am and consult you at 3pm.They treat us in such a way that they are offering some free service.
