Nice photographs. I had taken photos from the shop quite a few times and was really satisfied and pleased. The shop has a front car parking space too. Staffs were very professional. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks a lot again for taking our wonderful pictures. 😊

Photograph quality is good but pathetic customer service. They dont listen to what we want, makes us wait to deliver something entirely different. Highly inefficient, they deliver on time promised, but it still is absurdly long compared to other studios. They have lost their edge and is not the same they once were. Sad to see this

World class bad passport sized photographs after making you wait for about 40 minutes, whereas smaller shops get it done better with natural skin tones in under twenty minutes.Honest review from my own experience.Wish I hadnt gone there to get my photo taken,now my certificate looks so bad with that photo in it that Im hesitant to show it to others.

Very unprofessional behaviour from the staff. we request the staff to issue B2B invoice since we have GST registration, but they give B2C invoice and promised to give B2B invoice later. Now they are saying they cannot issue B2B invoice. Really very bad attitude and unprofessional behaviour......

Worst customer service. Went to take passport size photograph and after payment only they have mentioned that they dont have Internet and will be sent via email the next day. The next day also when I contacted them, they were telling like they still dont have Internet. (and the next day the shop was holiday due to strike). They could have mentioned this before taking the photo or could have give the soft copy in a CD the same day itself. I was at a place which is far from the studio, otherwise I would collect the CD directly from the studio.I called to a number which I got from their Facebook page and a person named ARUN SURESH (who itself told like he is one of the partner) picked that call. He didnt want to hear what others are saying and was shouting like its because of my mistake they dont have Internet. Mr. Arun, if you dont have Internet, that is your issue only. Why the customers need to suffer for that? Nowadays people are only taking passport size photos, only if they have such a requirement. For me also, it was urgent thats why I took the photograph. If the issue is at your end, you dont have to shout to customers. He itself was mentioning one more thing like its only their privilege that they are giving the soft copy and only for hard copy they are charging the amount. Mr. Arun, all the studios are now giving soft copy as well as hard copy. Not only your studio. And most people now needs soft copy than hard copy. If you dont know that, as a studio partner understand that also. One more thing, if you have any issues with BSNL OR AIRTEL you have to clear it with themselves. You dont have to shout at me saying It is because of Airtel you dont have Internet and due to bsnl you didnt have landline for 2 months during lockdown . Staffs are even far better than the Partner. The photograph was good and the uncle who took the photo was also behaved in a good manner. Writing this review only because of the PARTNER. Giving one star as I am not able to post the review without giving any stars

We got our maternity photo taken and framed from this studio. Their service was professional, waiting time was a bit high and a bit more expensive than other studios.They charge for soft copy as well.But overall satisfied by the service and would suggest them for getting your family photo. Different types of frames are available there.

The guys are too arrogant and unprofessional. They are always interested to spend time with their mobile phones. You have to follow up and chase them even to get a passport size photo done fairly ok.Too much attitude issues. Goodwill and brand is nothing. Its better to visit other studios if you expect some good customer service.

I lost my father in law and was in need of a framed photograph for the obituary function. I was in possession of a passport size photograph which was of good quality. I was sure that any studio would have enlarged it and would have made a photograph of the size i required. But i didnt want to take any chance with the quality for the function, so went to Paramount at Ulloor. The person at the reception seemed to be totally uninterested in his work. But he promised that the photoframe will be delivered the next day evening so that i can use it for the function the next day. I, ordered 3 copies of the same so that the same can be given to my relatives. The cost he quoted was exhorbitantly high, but i thought quality comes with a good price tag. Further, the studio wanted 100% payment in advance. One of the worst experiences i faced on the promised day of delivery wherein the photoframes were not ready at all. On inquiring, the same reception guy very casually said he forgot to get them printed. I had to conduct the obituary function without the photograph, which everyone knows cannot be recreated. Anyhow, i went for the photoframes the next day. I got the biggest shock of my life seeing those photographs. One of the worst prints which was totally blurred. With one look i was sure i could have managed a better printout with my A4 size printer at home. On inquiring, the same guy with his arrogant attitude said, with a passport size photo, this is the quality that he can offer. For Gods sake, paramount studios, if you are not able to display some amount of professionalism in your work, please step aside and do something which you are confident of doing. For all customers, dont go by the brand name....they lost it somewhere in between....if you dont want to get embarassed for or after any function, kindly look for better studios....any beginner or a roadside vendor will be able to do a better job than paramount studios at ulloor. He was apologetic of the incident and was willing to make good the deficiencies. He further asked me to forward some other photograph of my father in law, which i promptly did. This action of his is highly commendable and speaks volumes about the professionalism, which was expected out of a studio like Paramount.....i am extremely happy that although with little difficulty i could get excellent photographs of my father in law which will make his memories immortal......Thankyou Mr. Arun Suresh for your concern and support. Looks like this studio existed for a very long time. Just went there to get some passport size photos. There were a lot of people in the studio due to which we had to wait a bit. Good location. Professional but can be a little courteous and customer friendly.

The photograph quality is good. I think it is because of the high end camera they are using. But I should say that the photographer is not at all good in creating good poses. We are experiencing this the second time. None of the photographers were creative enough to make nice photos. They will always take photos in default styles.

Nice studio with adequate parking in front of the shop. It isnt usually too crowded here. So a good place if you want to just step in and take a quick photo. They seem to be doing family portraits and restoration of old photos.

The worst studio I ever went. They charge like hell and the way the staffs behave is very bad. Just to send a soft copy of a photo, they charge 500 RS per photo. It was too hot inside as they dont even put AC inside the studio. This is the first time Im posting a review, I have gone through several negative experiences, but this incident makes me to post a review. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDEDIf you want 4-5 photos without framing. We have to pay 3k-4k. And for sending a soft copy apart from that they are going to charge 500 for each photo.Its better to hire a photographer for a daily shoot where they are going to charge us 4k-5k where they can provide us all the photos they take for that day.

Probably a neglected place in the heart of the city. Good service; can make it better though. Parking space is a big advantage. Drive in with a Hummer there, you can easily get it laid. Staff are a little bit introverts but good.

Paramount is a prominent name in photography. But the service offered in this outlet is very disappointing and unpleasant. Went there to get a passport size photo done. Behaviour of front office staff to the photographer was obnoxious. I requested the photographer for a preview of the passport size photo which he took. His response was very unprofessional. I hope they read these reviews and provide professional etiquette training to their staff at the earliest.

Very worst service. On because of I getdown from my office after 6.30pm everyday, I searched and called 2 numbers from their site and told my need. And the person who took up the call seemed to be so arrogant and careless in speech. It was my concern and need to get my passport size photographs for an exam in the very next day, I silently tolerate and requested them to prepare before I reach the shop. My thought was, if I was not able to reach there on time, it may take more time to do and even shop may close. I gave all the informations regarding to the snap. And when I went there, they I found that they didnt do any, even they dont know about the details and the call which I made in the afternoon. Very poor customer service with teasing nature. It became too dark in the outside and they took more half an hour to print the copies. Because of the photo clarity only I rated here. Otherwise bad experience. It happened atmost one year back, after that I ddnt go there yet. So dunno any change happened after that.

All photos they provide is as per package only. You take 30 photos but the packages says that you get only 1 photo in different sizes only.. Soft copy and hard copy. Whats the need of having just 1 photo in different sizes after all.. Atleast if they can give 2 or 3 photos it would have great.. Will never come back to you. And wont suggest you to any one. Ps.. U dont get soft copies of photos that you are not printing.

Went for a family photo. They are forcing customers to take their package which are obviously expensive and totally unnecessary.No option to choose the photo size. Have to select from their predefined package which includes 3 to 4 photos with different sizes. As an organisation, they should let customers choose what they want rather than forcing them too choose what the studio want. The only positive aspect was the parking space.

I mean which place charge 40 RS just for mailing a pic .. ! The picture was OK but the service was horrible. Never going and not even suggesting anyone unless you are in real hurry 😉

Good place for quick click and express delivery of your foto..plus they just met all the requirements of the fotograh.. totally spent 10 minutes there..rates are bit expensive..may be coz of the express delivery... anyways good place if I need your passport click really quick...and one thing..the old guy at front desk... impolite and obnoxious...to the customers and to the staff there...he should be attending an etiquette training ASAP.

One of the worst place. The attitude of the people working there is not at all pleasing, it was like I was asking for them to do me a favour. I gave them a photo to print in the noon and they told me to come after 6pm. I paid for it and came back at around 8pm and they said it was not ready. I waited for 20mins more and when I enquired about it again, they asked me to come on the next day. I was so frustrated and I argued with them to give the money back. They refunded the amount after some hesitation. Ill give the lowest rating to this place as the service is just horrible.

They photoshopped it so much that I look like a ghost.250 rupees for a soft copy of a passport pic!!!

Better to go to a small studio to take passport photos. Staff attitude is not good. In these times is instant photography, I didnt get the photo even after 24 hrs.

I will share my experience..Went there to take a family photo and seperate photo of kids. The attitude of the guys at the reception was like that of government staff.. as if we had come to get some favours from them.Once inside the studio, it was even worse.. AC not working... The photographer was not at all interested and wanted to finish off the session as soon as possible. I fell like he wanted a leave on that day, but was forced to come. Or he is doing this job because he didnt get any other job. He kept saying smile.. but we were not at all feeling like smiling. Some how finished the session only to return to the sarkari babus at the front office. Selected the final copies to develop, from those similar appearing copies. After waiting for 3 days, we got print and soft copies of those photos. Wonder what they were doing these three days..If possible stay away from this place. They are not interested in their customers..Not at all worth the exorbitant price they charge.

Taken a few pictures here. They have a stupid package for every photo you take. The size of photos in this package is useless and we have to pay additional for every other size we need. Also the rate of a photo depends on the number of persons in that. How strange.

NOT PROFESSIONAL GROUPHad a very bad experiance. Went there 4 taking a family photo . At the reception the guy there seemed least intrested in the customers. Not even a smile. Next the photographer. There was no encouraging words or making kids smile , nothing. Felt like he want to finsh it fast. 3rd and worst part was the photo. It looked like a locally edited photo for some 50 rs . Very bad experience from the StaffDue to Passport renewal I went for taking the printout around 8:20pm ( 22-02-2020), before that I called over and confirmed over the phone but they informed me that it is a closing time printer shutdown and they are not able take printout, I just want a passport Copy of my previous photo not to take new photos, I dont know how much time it will take for taking a printout, mostly around 10 minutes.....
