Very friendly staff and nice massage. Ive never done a Kerala massage before so I dont have anything else to compare it to, but I think it was great. The rooms are good and the beverages offered are nice. The masseuse was excellent. I would recommend the place. I thought it was a bit pricey, but they were kind enough to offer discount because I was staying at a partnering hotel. So overall it was a good experience.

I went this spa for a hair style cut, it was so amazing cut that I had. My friends also asked me, from where I did this?. This spa is having kids friendly salon & sap services. I took massages along with my dad, I got a kids massage & the whole secession was relaxing one. My dad too had an awesome massage. Thank you! Lighthouse Spa. I recommend all to visit there.....

In this hectic life, we have no time to take care of ourselves, hence massage is needed for rejuvenation and stress reduction. A lot of people are looking for quick fixes: like, they are taking medications, and they are doing other things which are not healthy. But massage is very holistic and natural.and i felt that in your services & the way of treated. That i assure you i will recommended to my friends also.

This place was recommended by the reviews online , so my mom and my wife decided to go. To put it short, at the end , they didn’t get a massage. They ‘rubbed’ their bodies. My mom didn’t even get a hair oil massage while my wife did. They didn’t provide a bath for my mom as well.All in all , it was a terrible experience for a place that advertises Ayurvedic massages. Anyone reading this , I’d say it is a rip off and please consider other places if possible.

An excellent spa, rather the only spa in town with excellent standards. Staffs are extremely friendly and professional. The therapists are experts too. A perfect spot to take of all the stress of the day at a spa with such soothing ambience. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed with the foot massage. This was done by Alex and he has done it with such a way that, i just got melted with it. The ambience and mediation music will take you to another atmosphere.

I have been a client of Lighthouse Medi Spa for some years n impulse me to keep going there because of the tremendous service n the cordial staff. That would definitely make u feel at home. I would strongly recommend Lighthouse Medi Spa best in Trivandrum.

Very horrible. Although staff very cooperative the set up doesnt meet the standards mentioned in website and Google review. Ambience not very relaxing. No proper covering of clients at time of spa. The worst is the bathing place. Clumsy with no place to move. Your full with oil and its very slippery. Hygiene also a question.

Great service and reasonable rates. I went for the deep tissue sports massage - not for the faint of heart! Sri Kumar did a great job getting rid of the knots and stress, particularly as I had been travelling a lot. Pick this service knowing that it will be a painful experience but the stress melts away leaving you very relaxed.

Loved the Lighthouse Spa experience from start to finish. On my last business trip to Trivandrum, I managed to fit in a anti pollution facial and a pain relief massage . Best services I ever had. An awesome destination to get relax & pump all stress out. I had a stress relief package & it was performed by the therapists in most professional & royal way. I appreciate the hard work & the ambiance there. The people there were really friendly & it seems I’m in home & therapist came my home. The quality of rooms & hygiene must have to be appreciative, really a good job! I used to visit other spa’s in Trivandrum & all other spa’s forces me to post 5atar rating. All gud Reviews are creating by there own Staffs...Cheating everyone...the time I worked there they force me to put Gus comments...but after realizing the cheating n all I put the genuine status/review tht no one go thr bcoz they are reusing oils n all..M a witness n yes I worked there for 2 months...but they ask some f our ladies for illegal massages n all...I shouted at them n wrote a resignation...n I filed a case against them..so they settled all my payment n beg me to never go for case. Actually this firm is not an Australian firm. They are buying all there products from outside store...we two three ladies knw every illegal plays so they gave us pressure n take off our Phn..n gave us mentally pressure...thats y I left that firm...now we filed a case at Labour court for reusing oils n we took some videos n photos for cheating clients...no one knows about this dirty plays tht cooked up n backoffice...we more than 13 staffs are here against this firm with proof...n once the SI of thampanoor station warn them..for blackmailing us...but still they are doing the same.....Mr.Rajaneesh u are trying to cook up New stories...wait for something more...otherwise lock yo dirty tough n stop cheating poor people.

These people have no idea what they are doing. I dont know anything about their spa service but their salon service sucks. I got a party make up done couple of days ago, the lady who did the make up was not at all professional and ended up just whitening my face. All their beauty products are substandard.

I personally feel it was the barber that cut my toenails and soaked my feet as i wont even call what i got a pedicure . Very poor . The toilet can do with a major upgrade especially as they ask you to remove your shoes as you enter.
