Good store. They have good collection of locks which we couldn’t find anywhere in TVM. Prices appears to be reasonable, though we have not compared. The store has almost all hardware items including glass. Sales men and women are good, don’t expect 5- star treatment. Overall good experience and highly recommended. Note there is no parking space, so you will have to squeeze car on the road side.

The so has a wife range of products, hardware, modular kitchen accessories, locks, pebbles, window and door accessories etc. The shop is always crowded and the staff are cooperative and obliging. All kind of building materials such as Door locks, handles, screws, glass, etc.etc. it can be told as a small Kerala version of IKEA ( UK) or HOME DEPOT ( US). Staff are so helpful. You need to find parking space somewhere on the road side, if coming by car. They have good collection of door handles and locks. Prices are comparable. Dont forget to ask for discount, while billing.Updating on 8.6.2019 visit.Today, I visited this shop for purchase for Rs.700 +. One staff with a beard was so arrogant, not shown sufficient options, not provided normal discount.Updating on 11.11.2020 visitVery arrogant attitude from staff.

Please be careful before making payment, I choose century MDF and after the payment, they transported another local brand instead of century. When I asked about whats going on, they simply says that the stock was not available and loaded a local brand. I will never ever recommend this shop to anyone.

It’s very common with organisations/shops who have a hegemony in their respective fields to become arrogant and self righteous over a period of time. The same has happened to this Glass Point shop on the powerhouse road. The salesmen lack basic etiquettes and even a small sense of respect for their customer. If they don’t have any product in their shop, instead of telling the customer that , they will just say that such dimensions do not exist. Sometimes you have to wait for about half an hour before someone actually notices you. Truly bad salesmanship , if you ask me.

Most of the equipments are of third grade quality. Purchased a set of magnetic push lockers from here. Within 2 weeks most of the sets got damaged.

Very bad experience. i took mdf and when i took they told they will get me the side beeding of same design. But when i went for side beeding a second time, they told its not available. even the century ply i got in 2016 had 2017 as manufacturing date. how can we believe these guys.

There is a lot of collectibles for all kinds of people .... a lot of employees ... but with a few good employees, all the rest are arrogant. They think that the money we buy is the generosity of these employees. .Asking if it is cheap is a prank ..... if you want to buy something ... go to buy it and tell a salesman he will tell me he has another customer ... tell him he will tell someone else ... wait for a salesman to wait. If we dont like what he brings, please take another one Laterally to say that it is difficult to take a longer and went to the top of the ...The workers are good, though they dont boast about good business .....Not all employees are bad ... There are good employees .....In short it is a good shop with selections for all the range people .......But at the mercy of some employees, we just cant get it right ...
