Ground floor bar has space deficiency..otherwise good

The hotel has rooms with well priced and rooms have got clean rooms.All the staffs are well trained and behaved.The hotel has got a good restuarant with good BAR facility and the hotel is situated in a calm serene place with good accessibilty from the city.Ample parking space is available.

Room was good. But ac was not in good condition. Staff were courteous. Parking was only available after 11pm till early morning. Parking was shared between bar and hotel.

Nandanam Park Inn, is good hotel, we can book through online (OYO) to get a competitive rate. Completely couple friendly hotel and Bar attached. Parking facility is poor ☹️. Very near to the museum.Hardly 2.5 km from Railway Station and Bus station.. its a good hotel 🏨

This hotel is value for money for business travellers. Not siutable for family travellers as it is a bar attached hotel. The Ac remote was not working, they gave remote from reception adjusted the AC temperature and took away the remote. TV was there but no remote. There are many flaws but the room and bathroom was well maintained and staff was well behaved and helpful. Parking is not sufficient. It is 2/3 kms from main Railwaystation and bus station. Location was ok but a bit difficult for first time visitors.

My goodness!! Why so much of noise from the kitchen at 6am or earlier?? Please attend to it as we will be here for another 6 days. Thank you.

Value for money.. Well behaved staff. My family stayed there 1 day. I must say that the room was neat and clean and well maintained.. I am so sensitive to debris and dust hiding in the curtains and furniture.. But here I had no breathing issue or allergy..I would suggest the management to send a person to accompany the customer to the room and shoe how to use the utilities, toiletries etc.And there was no instruction card or print hjow to contact reception, housekeeping, cafeteria etc..

Nandanam Park is one of the oldest Hotels in the Capital City of Thiruvananthapuram. It is situated in a prime location in the City, close to the major Government Offices and tourist spots.Reasonably priced and fairly well maintained.

Very very bad experience. Irresponsible staff. Parking facility not available. Your vehicles need to be parked in front of hotel room beside public road at your own risk! When asked about it, the reception staff replied that there are no parking facility available till now for OYO rooms! Booked for three person. Additional one bed required. But the requirement was only fulfilled after a lot of request at 10.30 pm only. Door lock and TV channels not working. When asked about the non working of TV channels they substituted with another set top box from nearby room! Door lock problem not resolved till check out. Would not recommend for anyone. Pathetic.

I booked this oyo property for quick and short stay at Trivandrum. Stayed only for 4 hours. The property is easy to locate. Nice clean rooms and toilet.

I got an ac room with poor condition working AC. You got clean linen, well furnished room. Working condition TV. Bathroom fittings are also good. Exclude AC stay was amazing

One of the room was good. but in the second room, ac was not working. TV was not working. hot water was not provided. bed sheet and pillow cover was not clean. house keeping staff was very arrogant. experience was horrible.

Recently the top floor was not functioning. Really happy it is now working and The main issue I felt was, They only plays old malayalam tracks. Which I dont find good while drinking. 😂

Economic but hygienic accomodation at the centre of city. Rooms are of good standard which worth a 3* hotel. Hotel amenities are as good for a three star hotel. Breakfast is provided complementary with limited but tasty menu. Food provided in room for roof top restuarant at nominal charges. Bar is also available. The only issue which I faced was lack of parking during the stay.

Roof top restaurant is having nice ambience. But taste of food is not up to the mark. If you would like to have beer or liquor in tvm city, Nandanam park would be best choice.

This is a pleasant no frills Bar offering a good variety of South Indian food. Interestingly, one of the beef fry we ordered was perfect but the other appeared to have been hanging around too long before it was served. Other dishes were fine and service good. It is certainly good value,It is certainly worth eating at least once whenever you are in Trivandrum city and like to look and feel and relish a bar attached with restaurant though cost wise it is not cheap.

The three front office staffs Vaishak Benny and Sreejith. Their behavior attitude and service was just superb. Check in experience nice.Stay was comfortable. Nice room service.Happy stay oyorooms.

Nandanam Park a fine restaurant away from all the usual city rush. It is just opposite the Armed Reserve Police camp. The place it situates is very quiet as well as very calm unlike other places of Thiruvananthapuram. But, bus stops and Taxi stands are in 100metres to the hotel. The service of the bar is nice, but usually theres good amount rush of people at night, so often service get delayed. Bar is open only till 9pm. Rooms are a bit expensive, but worth it.

Poor service. We went there during April 2019 and the rooms didnt have proper lights. When asked them to get it checked. They said adjust for one day. Irony - we were only staying there for a day!!! Stay away from this place!!!

Stayed here overnight for appearing for LPT test at RBI, Trv. Rbi office just 5 mins walk down the road. Complimentary breakfast, fully Air-conditioned. Pleasant stay, but some mosquitoes did bother me.

I booked 3 rooms via OYO and paid the money. When I reached, there isnt any room available. I had to wait at night 11pm with my grand parents for one hour and later I went for another hotel. There wasnt any action taken by OYO or hotel. So I wont recommend OYO and this hotel. Its been more than one week and I havent received my refund yet.
