One of the best credit card experience.

My friend has transferred an amount to my wifes icici Bank account one week before and not credited to her account yet. I sent several mails to their customer care and head office attaching transaction receipts. No positive response from them instead an automatic response saying due to covid they are unable to help.

Very bad service. I think they are researching on how to keep customers away. Every time I visit them to talk about loan or forex card, they will tell random excuses like some new documents required or something like that. When I bring that, they will tell something else. I never saw such bad service/behavior at any other bank branches. Never trust this guys, if you really want to take an account with ICICI, go to any other branch.
