Great location, restaurant and food was superb, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff and Manager. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with family and kids and lots of luggage all the way from Palakkad to attend a Marriage function. I had a peaceful stay of five days there. The reception guys are polite and helpful. The cleaning staffs made the room fresh everyday. Food was delicious, but little bit over priced. Room service is perfect and punctual.

The hotel is average.. objectively speaking, the rooms are spacious but doesnt match ones expectations, when compared with the price.. the washroom is very ordinary, with a very narrow and small shower area.. the view from the room is good. The room package mentions free mineral water but they provide only one bottle of water per day, rest is chargeable.. Breakfast doesnt have good options to choose from, despite a lot of stuff being present in the spread..Despite being centrally air conditioned, they keep the AC switched off even when guests are sitting. The service is good.. Room cleaning was done very well.. All the linens were changed..The staff is very courteous.

This is a budget friendly place.. So there are some drawbacks like the rooms has to be maintained well. The walls paints are peeling.. The ac & curtains needs maintenance etc.. The breakfast is good spread with variety like North Indian. South & English spread.. But the service is so slow.. There were 2 servers there today.. Either they are inexperienced or purposely avoiding us we had to ask them for tea & coffee several times finally we just left.. The refilling is also so slow..

First of all the hotel is in a nice place. It can be easily identified from a distance. A very big parking lot is there. Security is also pretty good. 2 restaurants are there inside. Yummy Arabia and Diners Summit. Both offer good and varieties of food. Can be spotted easily. Construction and interiors also pleasing. The place is very hygienic and well kept too. Not really sure about the pricing. For a quick bite theres a shawarma outlet in the entrance.

Hotel is at good location with nice ambience and facilities in the room. The thing I like the most in this hotel is the buffet breakfast which is worthy with lot of varieties and good taste. Staffs are generous and disciplined. Felt safe inside the hotel.

Love our stay here at the hotel... The best part is that they have round the clock.. You can order anything available in the menu....rooms are also nice... Well maintained...though TV was not at the mark.. At least they should have subscribed to HD channels... Our wifi got disconnected quite a few times... I had Onam Sadhya in this Hotel. Taste was Ok. Hospitality was Ok. But the food was already kept served on the banana leaves long before we reached. It was cold and lost all its taste and speciality. Onam Sadhya was served in a makeshift arrangement, not in the proper restaurant. We didnt like the ambience. I wasted my money (Rs 399 !)here by booking Onam sadhya. Dear Hotel Management please serve sadhya in a proper restaurant and serve it hot. Thanks.

For zoo/ aquarium/ Napier museum and Padmanabha Swamy temple/ Kuthira Maliga, manageable by autos as the hotel is close by to all these locations.Food is expensive compared to portion size, there is not much option outside. Complimentary breakfast is good and have reasonable variety.Coffee shop can be tried for Shawarma.

The hotel is near the Maldives constulate and is accessible. There is no separate parking facility or valet parking. You have to park the vehicle at road side. The ambience inside the hotel is relatively good. The halls for conducting the function are a little bit old but still good and well maintained. Sound system inside the halls are good. Buffet food provided from the hotel is reasonably good.

Reasonably well located, decently priced and fairly good staff. Its value for money. The only problem that needs to be taken care of , is the AC IN the rooms.. The temperature control didnt work, and there should be sufficient lights in the room.

The hotel is good but lacks maintenance. It is clean. However, the health faucet is unusable as it is too tight (the maintenance person says that s coz its new.. Which is ridiculous). No shower curtains.. A bad smell while entering the room. Hot water after leaving the tap open for 10 minutes.The restaurant is lacking in service and promptness. Breakfast Buffet is good (had to wait 15 mins for them to replenish wheat bread). We had to wait half an hour for tea and hot chocolate at tea time.. The onion pakoda was half cooked. Banana fritters (one plate with 3 pieces) was brought to us in instalments 10mins apartWiFi is good.. Staff are courteous and friendly.. If only they could take care of these things.. It would help customers enjoy their stay

This was one of the best hotel experiences Ive had in ten years of travelling India. The staff was so helpful, filled. All. My requests happily, and the food was out of this world. The breakfast buffet and lunch Although a bit costly was some of the best Ive had in India travelling. My only complaint is that the lobby was just too hot. No fans or AC even in the lobby made it very annoying to sit and wait for the taxi or check in. Definitely Id love to stay here again, and thats saying a lot since I wrote a book on how to travel India called the REAL INDIA TRAVEL GUIDE: AN AMERICAN WOMANS PERSPECTIVE.

I had a nice dinner with my family in this hotel restaurant and it was a nice one.I stayed in this hotel with my family .I truly enjoyed my weekend at this hotel. We were 3 adults and we were very comfortable, had all necessary amenities to eat in if we wanted. The rooms were well maintained, and clean. We were on the sixth floor which was convenient to view the entire panoramic view of trivandrum. Breakfast at the this restaurant was included, but, it was a limited menu, largely the same every day. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, especially service team.Thx biverah.

I had business at Trivandrum and after much search in the internet, I booked a room at Biverah. I I stayed there for three days. I have to say the service was the best. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. The room was clean and the best part is that they have the best house keeping department. Hospitality is very bad. The receptionist was very hostile and unhappy. He was not giving a proper welcome and besides made a serious face. I did this booking for my family for visitng me in Trivandrum. The receptionist started explaining all sorts of rules about not allowing visitors to visit you etc. No matter how beautiful a room might be, the hospitality is what makes your stay a pleasant. He has ruined it perfectly. The complimentary breakfast offered was just average. The day of check out, as i informed him, he left with out attending us. Another lady came to do the needed while checking out. Over all a very bad experience. I would never ever recommend this hotel for doctors to stay here.

I stayed at Biverah hotel for one night on a business trip to Trivandrum towards the end of October. ,The hotel was booked by my company. As per the deal, hotel staff was about to pick me up from the airport. They did that thing in very professionally .To start with, the property is absolutely beautiful. It is a beautiful building and an impeccably maintained hotel, filled with captivating paintings, photographs, and objects. I think this is the best hotel in Trivandrum because its location is very good ,near rcc and medical college Trivandrum and all the staff behavior were very friendly and all the modern facilities were available and room and other parts of hotel decoration were very goodThe hotel restaurant is brilliant including a great Arabic restaurant with truly delicious food. Breakfast was a buffet with everything fresh & great choices, bakery items are definitely worth a mention. There is too much I can praise about the Biverah hotels & would highly recommend.

I have been here only once and I was impressed by what I saw. It may not be really impressive to look at from the roadside, but get inside and you will be blown away. It is really spacious and the amenities are top notch. The friend who was staying there had also only good things to say about the place. I would definitely recommend it to others as well.

I had my marriage reception in Biverah Hotel. the room are quite spacious and clean. and the hall was apt. the food also was good. Only issue I faced was for the projector . as the system dont work on time and they didnt have a laptop in house.

Had dinner with family. The ambience is quite good and the service is excellent. We tried both the typical Kerala cuisine as well as an Arabic platter. The traditional food was well cooked and was fairly delicious. The Arabic platter was merely edible, the promised taste was nowhere to be found.

The room was luxurious for the price you pay😜The bathroom was great and was hygienic. The room service was good but it was time consuming. A 1 litre bottle was complimentary. The price that they charge for consumables like water and snacks are higher than the MRP of the product.That was a letdown.Breakfast is free when you opt for that and pay more , which eventually means that its not free..The shawarmas they serve are pathetic......so dont dare eat that ....unless you hate yourself..

This is the definition of a mid budget hotel. Placed about 10 mins away from any important location in Central Trivandrum, this hotel is extremely ideal for anyone staying in Trivandrum for an event. The rooms are pretty good and clean. I am not entirely sure about the food as I didnt have any from there, but dont expect anything amazing.
