I am one of the owner in chathurasra project in Jagathy. Villa was handed over in 2014. My kids room RCC roof was started leaking during rain immediately after handover. Also after two three years interior and exterior wall paintings started peeling off. Also there are several cracks in wall horizontally and vertically which is showing low structural integrity. Exterior attachments of some other villas are started falling down from the top. Builder did not deliver what they committed during the advancing stage. I really felt very bitter experience with this builder. I never recommend this builder. Dear public please don’t be cheated. I am sharing my own experience here.

CHATHURASRA BUILDERS is a very trustworthy and honest builder in TVM. Their quality of construction is something that is to be highly appreciated.Their design works,and space utilization is very impressive.
