Content is no doubt good. But please enhance the quality of your outreach. I spent an hour extra while taking tests, due to some technical glitch from your side. And ClearIAS team claims that the fault is from my side. They have not yet bothered to fix it. Forget providing any contact number, whatsoever. And to top it all, even after taking the test, I am unable to see my scores. The test gets submitted automatically. Over all, a very poor harrowing experience, to say the least! And that too just 20 days or so before prelims.
