Had a pleasant experience. The sales person was friendly and overall good experience.I am forced to change this review and to change from a 5 star review to 1 star. Bought a hp laptop from this shop on April 2021. After 1 week it started misfunctioning, and had wait for 1 month to fix it due to lockdown. After lockdown it got fixed and now some other problems started to arise. Still using the defective laptop as i am not getting time to go to their service centre.

Best digital shop in tvm for purchasing electronic products...

Service centre is not at all good..They charge very high amount for local spares which is available at very cheap rate in online & open market. They charged me 2500/- for a non genuine keyboard replacement in my old Toshiba laptop..The keyboard is of very low quality as compared to old one which was also a local one purchased for just Rs.800/- Some keys started coming out broken as soon as I brought it bac from Service centre.

Unreliable sales and service.The staff and management are extremely good until the purchase. They assure you several things like service, warranty, registration of the products etc. You will see their original face only if you return to their shop for service. I bought a brand new Dell laptop last year. They packed a laptop with faulty battery. I tried to return the product on the very next day. But now everything changed. No more good staff and management.They asked me to register with Dell website. I registered and realized that my laptops warranty was already over. I bought it in August, the warranty was already over by May. They told me to wait for few weeks. Waited for weeks and months. No result!! Now I struggle with a faulty laptop. I have to pay around 4000/- to buy another battery.It is my personal experience. Be extremely careful. Try only if you are ready to pay extra. The shop should be renamed as Hydrogen.

Unprofessional and Extremely bad serviceMy phone got stuck and it was around 7 pm. Happened to step in this shop. They were least interested to help.They asked me to go to 2 nd floor where I saw a staff in cabin. They said its under warranty and i should go to service center. I informed to forget about warranty and to fix it for me and am ready to pay. That time the staff went inside and got his colleague and said the same.i said it emergency I need my phone fixed. He said I can take your phone and need to open and check and give on Friday (he needs 2 days to check).I was not happy with the reply and I didnt trust his words.The way they behaved never made me feel they are genuine and he asked for the phone just to get rid of me. I came home and checked YouTube and within 30 mins I fixed it. When I could fix in 30 mins its obvious that a trained staff can do in 10 to 15 mins. Still the first statement was they need to open and check. Am surprised how we are cheated each time for depending on such unprofessional unhelpful people. When you are unemployment you crib and customer asked for Service you are not ready to serve them. So pitty on youIts Pandemic still they dont write my name not took temperature check which shows how unprofessional they are.Disaster service
