I had booked for a Jio phone and I got message from you that informing my phone is ready for pickup. So I approached a Jio Store located at Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram and collected my phone on 28/10/2017. But, when I switched on the Jio phone, I could found some other peoples contact numbers are saved in that phone (please check the attached photo). Why this happened ? I gave order for a new phone!After seeing that I contacted the customer care on the same day and they suggested me that to go and ask reason to the local Jio Store where the phone was purchased. But my experience was totally disappointing. They behave irresponsibly and was very rude. They are not even ready to hear my complaint. Their only intention was to justify them. They simply advice me that YOU CAN JUST DELETE THOSE CONTACTS AND USE THE SAME PHONE AND SIM

Have been calling the store for the last two weeks, no response from their end.

There phone is complaint for past 2 month. How could they run a successful business without a Contact number???

They cant even fix their telecommunication issues, just think about their customer service :/

Very bad atmosphere and service. Place in on National Highway, but cant identify in normal traffic. And its very hot inside showroom. because it was built as an air conditioned but no air condition is working. Only single wall fan is available to all customers. Showroom is not clean and not attractive. Everything is misplaced.Customer executive are very horrifying. They dont know how to handle a customer and they have a little knowledge about jio products and services. And they are not willing to help customers rather than complete their duty time. Very bad experience. I wont go there any more....

Right on the main road in Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, before you cross the bridge on Karamana river. Recharging process was instantaneous. Display & info about devices available good.
