V-guard authorized service agency M/s Esskay told that my 4KVA AC stabilizer problem is related to board and need to be replaced at the cost of ₹1500 and they even went on to offer me a new Stabilizer for a discounted price of ₹1700 through M/s Varsha. I got it repaired through another agency near murinjapalam for ₹150 (only Relay replaced).

Bought Vguard UPS for office, nothing special in customer dealing, just blant.
