I went there for a medicine that wasnt available at any of the medical stores around. They too didnt have the stock. But they got it from somewhere else. Even though I had to wait for an hour I got the medicine I wanted. There are many staff working there. So I dont think there would an issue of lag in normal cases. Also they sell medicine at a lower price than MRP.

A perfect place for purchasing medicines in reasonable price. A good team of staff... fast service. If stock is unavailable they use to arrange them with one a day or two if we r paying in advance. Unlike other medical store lot of medicines are available. Highly recommended place. Especially if u r suppose to buy costly medicines pls make a visit here n check the price, huge difference in price...

The ladies at the counter should be clear and honest about the money they receive as payment for medicines bought by customers many of whom are elderly senior citizens like me. . I bought medicines for Rs. 146. I misheard it as Rs. 246. I handed over Rs. 200. The lady received it. Then I counted out four 10-rupee notes. She took them happily. Then I counted out the coins. She took them too. She had all the time in the world to correct me and return the Rs. 100 I had paid extra. She didnt. Also the bill wasnt given to me then but to someone who handles the medicine. It was only after I reached home that I realised that I had been cheated!

Fast service. Usually 4 people will be there for billing. Even if the item is unavailable, they will get it in stock by evening.
