Very courteous. Explains various options of lenses wrt price and specific advantage of each one. When i requested to check my old frame for retention, they did it readily and informed me of the suitability. They also provided instructions regarding cleaning of the lenses from to time. On the whole it boosted my confidence.

Terrible service and eye testing experience. First test was off, went in to exchange and again noticed after a couple days the power was still off. Could not return for some time due to covid.When eventually we did return, just to enquire if an exchange was still possible, (and if not our intent was to purchase more contacts) a manager entered the store from outside and immediately began shouting at us. Fully SHOUTING asking what the problem was and saying no exchange was possible.I have never experienced such attitude from a customer service professional. I am sorry not to have gotten the mans name, he wore a red polo shirt and was tall with hair cropped short to his head. He was the only man in the showroom at the time, the two ladies present were very kind and helpful.I was so affronted by his treatment I grabbed my things and left.

I am very happy with shoping in Titan eye plus shathamangalam shop. I am a regular user of spectacle from a lot of years, I am very impressed with the service and quality of lens and frames, and also behaviour of all staffs are excellent. Had an awful experience at this branch. We entered the showroom at about 3pm on 20/08/2021 having previously visited two separate Titan eyeplus showrooms for contact lenses. Both the showrooms prior got my wifes power wrong, then covid happened and theres was no way of contacting Titan or the branch. We went back into the showroom to enquire if we could get some sort of a deal, fully with intentions of purchasing new lenses and contacts. After about 5 minutes of waiting a man in a red shirt storms in and starts yelling whats the problem, this is not possible in a hostile tone for no reason. We immediately left the store feeling verbally assaulted, I was not in the mood for confrontation so me and my wife exited the store without getting this mans name. Titan should seriously look into this man and punish him for loosing about 15k of business today but also our guaranteed lifelong boycott of Titan Eyeplus stores.

Ive purchased a frame worth rs 3000 and after 1 month the paint started to fade. Ive claimed for warranty replacement of the frame and it happened 7 months ago. Till now they didnt give my frame neither my money. The customer service is literally so poor that they dont even have the courtesy to call or update the customer about the stocks. Sasthamangalam Titan eye plus,the worst.

I visited the showroom today ( 29th December 2020)for a service related to my glass. The complaint was a to replace a small screw ( Pic attached ). To my surprise the store manager responded that they cannot do it since the screw was not available with them.I called up Titan customer centre and they called the showroom to verify the same. The customer care was giving options to the store to help me out but still the manager was giving reasons. He was also giving a wrong information to me that the company is not sending these type of screws and no other showrooms if Trivandrum has it.Finally I got it fixed from MG Road Showroom. They had the screw with them, that means that the store manager of Sasthamangalam was giving wrong information by saying that the screw was not being send from TitanWould not recommend this showroom since service attitude is missing
