Best hospital for gyanec and infertility treatment in the city.hygienic and well maintained .in this corona situation ,it is very safe hospital .only disadvantage is canteen and their food.. hospitality is good. Need to improvise canteen area very much...then highly appreciated.

I came from abroad for Laparoscopic Myomectomy with Dr Ashwin Jayakrishnan. It is a busy hospital, but the staff are super attentive and kind, they run a very efficient operation here.Canteen and dietary programme needs vast improvement but the entire place is undergoing refurbishment, so I imagine this will be improved in due course. The new part of the hospital is very modern and hygienic.As for the surgery itself, I cannot comment beyond the fact that it was straight forward and pain free. My case was a complicated one and I am so happy that it is now done. I highly recommend KJK and Dr. Ashwin although every doctor, nurse and staff member I had contact with were just incredibly caring.

Our family always consider that the greatest and irreplaceable facet about our pregnancy care was our obstetrician Dr Niranjana Jayakrishnan and choice of KJK hospital ...She was really helpful and supportive during the entire course of the pregnancy and we really admire and gratefully remember the care she took personally in our case . I had aba very bad experience for consulting over there. I had called and taken an appointment today evening and visited there. I was asked the reason for consultation, I have told them that I want to confirm my pregnancy. Then I have waited and consulted a duty doctor, when I entered the room and explained my issues she had replied that Im seeing the patients since morning, there is only one duty doctor, why you coming at evening and bothering her, I should have come during morning time. Im also a doctor, this behaviour from a consultant is completely unethical and rude in nature, if they have agreed for my consultation and taken the money they owe to attend the patient. Otherwise they should communicate to me while I enquired for the consultation that we cant attend you we can attend only emergencies at night. Hope the concerned authorities should notice this and take necessary steps to avoid such situations in future.

When we came here for first time, the front office staff asked if we came for the first time scan purpose only then you wont get appoinment, why some one asks like that if we like the hospitality here we may decide to continue or not. The doctors and consultation is very good here and waiting time for consultation is also less. But for the scanning they not proceed with first come first serve or booking order wise they will call patients of one doctor. All others need to wait till the scanning of all patiants of that dr is done. We came here at 9.30 am now its 12.15 still we are waiting.

I’m an IVF patient of Dr. Niranjana Jayakrishnan and my overallexperience with KJK was very good. I will highly recommend KJK and Dr.Niranjana to patients who are seeking IVF treatment or OB/GYNservices.Since my husband and I decided to fly from the US to India for IVF, welooked around a few Fertility hospitals in Kerala and spoke to a fewdoctors from different hospitals. Finally, when we scheduled the videoconsultation with Dr. Niranjana, we decided she will be our doctor.Here’s the reason why - She was very informative, she patientlylistened to my medical history and other treatments that I haveundergone in the US, she answered all of our questions without rushing(it was 10.30 pm) and suggested that we undergo IVF as we have triedall other possible options. To be honest, I didn’t expect Dr.Niranjana to be available at 10.30 pm IST to have a video consultationwith us due to the time difference. Scheduling the video consultationsitself was very easy, the phone number was readily available on thewebsite. However, we had some challenges with the payment for videoconsultation since their payment mode was google pay and the emailaccount that was provided wasnt set up to accept google pay from theUS. If KJK wishes to accommodate a global customer base, it will bebeneficial to have an option to pay online through a secure webportal.When we reached KJK on the first day, the staff at the receptionimmediately recognized who we are and attended us to get through thepaperwork.Initially, I was a little anxious as the environment is totallydifferent in the US vs. India. However, we spoke to Dr, and right awayshe made alterations to make us feel comfortable. She did whatever shecould within her ability and that was sufficient enough for us. Sospecial shout out to Dr. Niranjana!When we first reached, we were seen in the old sections of thebuilding, but we realized that they were going through a hugerenovation, and truth be told the new building is a game-changer. Therenovated rooms are really nice and it has nice features where you cancall for help with a touch of a button. The hospital has airconditioning, but we noticed its not turned on all the time in commonareas like the lobby and lab. We are not sure if its due to COVID orbecause if its still under construction. It will be nice to have theA/C on especially during hot summer days.Dr. Niranjana was very thorough right from hysteroscopy to embryotransfer. She made herself available to answer all my questionsthroughout my IVF journey and even after graduating me from the IVFcycle. I was so glad that Dr. Niranjana was able to do my firstultrasound before I returned to the US.I have a huge shoutout to all the nurses who had attended me, I wassurprised to see that all their nurses are equally good and theyseemed to really care about their patients. Some of the nurses evenrecognize me and sometimes enquire about my wellbeing.The hospital PRO Mr. Vimal had been very helpful with all our formsand questions. For my work, I had requested the Doctor for some formsto be filled, which again she took the time to get it done, not justonce but a few times. Special thanks to her for that.One area for improvement could be billing. This is just our opinion based on what we experienced. Since we are not local toTrivandrum/India, we had to use our credit card for all our payments.Only their main reception area had their card reader working. They have a billing section on the ground floor but we couldn’t use it because the card reader was not working for the international credit cards. So each time, we had to go to the ground floor to pick up the invoice, go to the main lobby area to make the payment, and then go back down for blood work or ultrasound. It would be so much easier if there was an option for patients to receive an invoice, make payment (whether credit card or cash), and get their blood work done all in one place. Im sure they will improve the process as needed.A big thank you to entire KJK team!

Hospital specialised in infertility,pregnancy and Child care. They are the Pioneers in Infertility treatment at trivandrum. IUI,IVF and all gynaec related treatments are done here. Service of well experienced doctors are guaranteed. The Managing Director of the institution is Dr. Jayakrishnan who is well experienced in maternity care. An OP department for paediatric is also working FN and evening.Only drawback is the availability of just a few number of rooms. I think it will be solved when the new block (which is under construction ) is opened.Ample car parking facility is available.A Canteen is also functioning inside the premises.

Deepthi madam is one of the best gynecologist I ever seen. My wife is under her treatment. Because of last two abourtion we are mentally disappointed. And one of my neighbour suggest Dr .Deepthi in kjk hospital.she is the one who gives us confidence and good treatment. Like a god....Really as a husband these words are from my heart.So I suggest if anybody have any difficulty with the pregnancy pls go to kjk hospital and consult with DR. DEEPTHI...

From the gynec perspective the service which they provide was awesome.But from the paediatric consultation was very poor and there NICU incubator facilitys are very poor that not hygienic

The attitude of the reception staff could be improved. The doctors are really good and waiting time is much lower compared to other hospitals

Hospital is safe for Covid 19. Proper hand sanitizing is done at the entrance. Temperature check is also done. Only patient are allowed to enter which is very good. Overall satisfied.

The hospital and doctors are good. But last time when I went my file was missing. They made a new file and gave doctor. So she was not able to remember my past problems and treatment history. Such an irresponsible people.And also they made me wait for two hours because of missing the file. Irresponsible and ashamed of this service. I and my son stopped showing doctors that day onwards. Responsibility is the first success of a hospital.

The services of doctors are very good. But it is very lagging and waste of time to consult a doctor. Requested the management to schedule consultation time based on appointments and inform the same to patient so that the working patients can utilize the benefit. The time given to patients for consultation and actual consultation time was entirely different and they needs to wait a long time. Kindly take care of the same. Other services are good and hope the thing will get resolved.

We are not satisfied with their opinions after visits .It is advisory to utilize the paediatric consultancy in more humanitarian manner rather than money minded.

After treatment from 2 famous ivf hospitals at trivandrum (heartbroken), we went to kjk hospital for treatment.one of our family friend adviced us to take treatment from there.after all the tests doctor advised us to take treatment from next month onwards but there is something special about this hospital,surely its a god blessed hospital,my wife got pregnant that month.And by gods grace we got our little angel.i heard this same experience from lot of patients.thats why i said its a god blessed hospital.very friendly doctors and staffs.nice and hygiene hospital...........👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very happy with services of staff and doctors at KJK hosital especially Dr Jayakrishnan , Dr Anitha , Dr Bindhu ,Dr Ashwin and Dr Revathy . After many unsuccessful attempts were got success here , entire treatment was done at KJK Hospital .Excellent staff support especially post operative staff and ground floor staff. Only drawback is canteen food which has limited items on menu, but it is sufficient since we have to follow a diet prescribed by doctor during period of stay . Overall - 5 star treatment :)

After unsuccessful treatment at many other infertility centers in Kerala and Abudhabi , we came to KJK Hospital in Trivandrum . Met Dr. Jayakrishnan sir . Surprised by his patience in listening to our full medical history ! Told us to continue medicines and to wait and try IVF treatment after three months. I conceived after 2 months ( with medicines and weight loss , no IVF). Good well qualified doctors, who know what treatment is needed for each patient. No unnecessary tests, no harassment of patient by staff (above everything, no hurting words) like in many busy hospitals we went earlier.Dr.Jayakrishnan sirs hands are the hands of God.Hope the hospital will go on doing this good work.

Friendly faces. Doesnt feel like a hospital!After having taken treatment at multiple centres, and having failed two IVFs, we came to KJK.We are doing our IVF here because of the way they explained things to us. The cost, procedure and success is explained at the beginning. What I liked the best is that, we can find out the cost for each procedure from the reception desk. Everything is open . There is no under the desk business here. Dr Jk , Dr Anita , Dr Niranjana have been very good to us.For once I dont feel like an infertility patient. All around I see smiling friendly faces.Thank you KJK and all the doctors there! God bless you all!

Cannot even give a single star. A hospital where we cant meet the specialist even after taking appointment n waiting for 4hrs. Arrogant receptionist.dont know her name, but the one with a cat eye coloured pupil who was on duty on 23rd Feb 2017.each day we have to see different doctors whom we ve not met the last day. Each drs say different treatments.prescribes for medicine with out explaining even a single thing.the lady who is supposed to be induced is not informed anything about the condition.she is not a cow who came for induction. The Dr dont explain anything, trust me not a single thing. The nurse just comes out and give a prescription n asks to eat the medicine. This concept of treatment is stupid especially in Kerala where people are more sensitive.decided to discontinue the treatment today on 23rd feb 2017.
