He is arrogant. I wont expect such behaviour from a doctor. A doctor is supposed to calm the patients as they would be in tensed mind, whereas in his case the patients has to calm down the doctor! So if you are visiting this doctor for consultation, just be sure not to get upset when he gets rude in his talks. Maybe thats his own way of talking.
