Excellent institute service given here is awesome, utmost care of patients and belongings are taken here. Staff handles the rush of patients nicely, everyone behaves nicely. Drinks and beverages are available here till 6 pm. The thing is as everyone knows private hospital means costly.

Great eye care facility with integrated institute. Experienced doctors who take great care in looking into the problem in detail as well as explaining things.You’ll have to spend sometime to get registered and wait for your turn, but it’s totally worth it. After all, patience is a virtue.

I had my appointment in April for my eye checkup. They strictly follow all the Covid protocols and make sure that all the patients are comfortable. The doctors and staffs here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have almost all the facilities available here for everyones need. Most importantly, it is not that expensive (testing, consultation, etc) compared to any other private hospital and the waiting time is less due to more staff.

Its located near to Kuriyathy LP School. From Macadu Junction, move towards Attukal road. The service offered by the Hospital is excellent. Especially the attitude of Nurses, intern students nurses. They are always active, such a vibrant group. Also the front office staff were also good. Compared to similar eye hospitals, charges are less I think. No hotels other than a small coffee stall inside the Hospital is available near to it makes little inconvenient.

When it comes to testing for a medical condition, there are a lot of good doctors out there who will test everything else and extort money ... Treatment and facilities are all good but there are also money laundering by doing unnecessary tests... Some are at good service and some are not... Also incase of receptionist .... Im telling by my own experience...

Staff at the front desk should be polite and patient friendly. Worst experience. But the quality of doctors are excellent.....

Fantastic place in Kerala for eye care. Even if the place is quite small, the owner is very courteous in welcoming our team from Viza International an Overseas Education Consultant based out of Trivandrum.They served us with best doctors in town. Very helpful staff/doctors. Good background music that comforts/pacifies. Clean rooms/tiolets. Coffee shop service; drinking water provided. Well-behaved nursing staff, kind and considerate. Its a Not for profit institution, charging only affordable rates for services. You feel well/good when you return. Recommended.

Reception staff works like they are Government office clerks. they take more time for registration. they use computer for registration process, but still depends on paper and file. for every token no they takes maximum time for registration. stop paper work and save trees
