Gynecology department is wel known.But Hospital needs some renovation and parking are is too small

A good hospital for gynaecology....doctors in this department are well qualified and experienced. The doctors and staff are very warm and helpful. The hospital also offers other specialists doctors from different faculty. The fees charged for consultation and various procedures are reasonable.

Patient with breathing problum was taken hospital. Covid test was done and negative.For further treatment referred to another hospital with in 2 hrs.Again covid test was done stating that the previous tested result is not in the prescribed form. The fault is with Meditrina Hosp. Are you ready to pay back the test cost. It is violation of rules.Such things are not expected from you. Its a hospital for middle class.

Me and my wife could experience the gynaecology department of this Hospital as excellent in terms of service. And surely it is due to the dedicated service and leadership of Dr.Preetha. The team of doctors and nurses are well trained and experienced professionals who works beyond their duty time to ensure patients safety. We got our first baby delivered here. The service and support of the nursing staffs, doctors and all other staffs are exceptional. Please neglect the arrogant nature of few staffs at reception (front office) as they work mostly under pressure and due to covid-19 protocol. Also please dont judge the Hospital service with the Ambience also. Even their ambience is a little backwards due to the old building, their service and support really make us proud to choose the hospital. The charges and fees are seems to be fair comparing to all other hospitals in 20 km radius. We are 100 percent satisfied with the service of this hospital. 👍✌️🙏

Good diagnosis, good treatment

One of the best hospital in trivandrum city for gynic and fertility treatment...All the staffs were very coperative...nurses were real angels...makes feel every patient comfortable with their friendly approach in any painful situation...doctors will explain well about the disease cause and treatment to the patient thus making them more knowledgable and comfortable...

We are one happy couple and had a wonderful visit to Dr. Preetha P R (gynecologist) at Meditrina hospital for my wifes delivery of our first child!Dr. Preetha P R is the greatest, exceptional, and the most perfect gynecologist. Really, we dont have enough words to express how grateful we are to have her as my wifes gynecologist. She is professional, caring, timely, intelligent, calm, and goes far beyond what is expected of her. In short, we had a great experience with her extraordinary service. We really salute Dr. Preetha PR for her excellence, dedication, sincerity, co-ordination, and the politeness, and would like to express our gratitude to her team as well who took care of my wife at the hospital.

Govt Primary health centres are better than this....

Extremely poor service.Nurses are so lethargic in casuality , they dont do their work properly. We cant expect any care from them.Duty doctors just prescribe a huge bunch of medicine even for a minor illnes. Hospital too have poor quality of hygeine!DONT GO TO CASUALITY

I fixed an appoinment with the gynaecologist. I was informed that the doc was available on alternate days from 10am. Inspite of myself being at the hospital half an hour prior to the docs time, I had to wait for two hours to see her. I was then told that the doctor had an urgent case to attend to. With all due respect to the doctors service to her patients.....if she cant get her hands free, then why give consent to the piling appoinments and make the women wait for nearly 2 hours!

A doctor should ask bystanders about an unconcious patient admit in emergency unit not to the patient. And how you feel if Dr demand the emergency wing to send patient to OP. No matter how busy a doctor was.And I am not saying anything about nurses in labour room. They always busy with fun each other nurses. My wifes cannula droped and wet her dress with blood but they didnt knew it till patient herself said to themDont go to this hospital with an emergency. Irresponsible hospitality

My wife was consulting Dr. Valsala Kumari from 7th month of pregnancy. Before 20 days from the said due date, She said that the water level is low and asked her to drink 3-4 liters of milk plus 3 - 4 liters of water and visit her the very next day to check the water level. While we went the next day, she said that the BP level is too high and it is dangerous for the baby, hence she needs to undergo a C-section immediately. We were reluctant and asked said that we are not ready. She scared my wife saying that if she doesnt undergo the surgery immediately, both mom and baby would die. We were not allowed to leave the hospital. After a long fight, we were asked to sign on a document stating that the hospital or doctor isnt responsible for any loss of life further on.We immediately rushed my wife to Cosmo Hospital in Trivandrum and met Dr. Rema Sreejith and after she went through all the report, she said that my wife is completely fine and healthy and there is no need to undergo a surgery.A few days later, she gave a normal birth at Cosmo and both mom and child are healthy.Please avoid this doctor and hospital. We laymen often see Doctors as next to god and trust them. But they are interested only money and not your well being.

A place i cant forget... It is here that God gave me my life back in Nov. 2014. I will never forget the loving care the doctors and other staff especially the nursing staff in the icu have shown.. In 2012 my Dad was also saved due to the timely care and treatment given by this hospital. Examples are many...Best place for any cardiac problems in Trivandrum. Thank you Dr. Prathap and your team.
