Great place for everything, from womens to mens clothing, from appliances to food itself. Its all great!! And they are well stocked up on all the goods. And they also got a new section of food and fruits. And they clothes are just awesome.

Great place for you everyday needs... Right from clothing, stationary, utensils, grocery everything is available inside the store. Starting with the cloth section there are different eye catchy varieties of design ( Indian,western etc) for different occasions and different aged people. Cosmetic section is also available alongside the cloth section (ground floor). The ground floor is specifically for ladies,and the first floor is available for kids and gents. On top of that is available the grocery and bakery section. You can also opt for utensils if you want. Overall a good and a well maintained place

The cash counters work really slow you have to stand in a long line to get through but despite that all the items are arranged greatly and everything is fresh there.

Somhow I found bigbazar, bhangagarh, guwahati a bit out of hygienic condition today , after entering it about after 2 yrs . Basically the food mart was unhygienic as compared to other big Bazar outlets .

Big Bazaar is one of the oldest and finest shopping mall in Guwahati. It is the hub for quality materials at standard prices. Been brought up in Guwahati, I have been to BB many times. With recent add-ins of new malls, the frequency of visit has been decreased. However, to reminisce some old memories I went there and this time found awesome offers to bag. Yes, it never fails to amaze me offers, I always pulled to something that I didnt initially planned to buy before going, but surely the product is of necessity. Currently the end of season sale is running with amazing offers including the cookwares in pictures.

Instead of groceries and all I feel like a clothing bazaar :(

The 1 star rating is only because of good behaviour of the security personnel and parking facility. Apart from that, everything about this place sucks! To begin with, the staff is rude , no one does their job, they are busy chit chatting among themselves. There is no help offered to customers. Cashiers are bunch of donkeys who always want to close the counter and keep telling customers to shift the que to another counter because they want to close their own counter. The food section stinks like a railway or any ill maintained latrine. Specially near the meat freezers. Overall, a filthy place with equally filthy staff.

I was really disappointed. I travelled a really long distance just to bring some fresh groceries from there, those are not easily available in the local markets like avocado, bell peppers spring onions, green apple. The online app of big bazar showed the availability of the products so I went there from a really long distance travelling for 45mins just to reach there. And I was really disappointed to see all the vegetables and fruits are too old and spoiled. Unbelievable.

They take orders randomly,even if the stocks are not available.Before the product delivery they will cancel the items from the order.They send wrong products too but after constant information too they dont take any action.Worst service,just trying to make money anyhow!!!

This is the all rounder mall here in Guwahati City. From clothing, footwear, food, groceries to stationery items, gifts and what not. You will get everything under one roof. The collection of clothes is awesome. The mall is easy to locate. Parking available inside for both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler. Wheelchair accessible stairs available which is a good thing. Go have a nice time there.

Experienced worst recently!! Only one counter was open ! No staff available easily in mens shirt section! Need to search for them to ask anything !

Very poor service that I received from Big Bazar ,Guwahati. I placed my order on 17th aug 2021, and scheduled the delivery for the next day by 1pm. Till date my order is shown as in transit and although I sent many emails and even talked to customer care over phone to refund my money , they are taking no action. I request people not to buy online from Big Bazar... Big NO from me.

A good place for a variety of household items and clothes at reasonable price.

Here in the ground floor youll get women ethnic wear, makeup products, handbags, shoes and sandals. At 1st floor youll get women western wear, gift products, kids wear, school and office products. At 2nd floor youll get mens wear and travel bags.. At 3rd floor there is food products, youll all your food requirements here from fresh fruits, veggies to masala and others. And 4th floor is for electronic and home products. Where you can find washing machine, fridge, bedsheets pillow, mats etc. The only drawback is that you have to pay for carry bag.

Staff is pathetic, not at all interested in showing their products to customers, sitting idle , no knowledge about stuff they have. Kindly look into this matter , especially home appliances and electronic sections.

I visited this mall multiple times .The ambience is very good .There are almost all branded showrooms there .You can get everything under one roof .The cleanliness and the managing staff authorities are very nice .The mall has the range of all branded watches , clothing , shoes , electronic , cosmetics etc..etc..

It is a my regular shopping place for most of the groceries and some quick pick items. The worst part is most of the time maximum counters used to be closed and only one or two counters happens to be open. It creates long queue at the counters. Specially during holidays. Otherwise the prices are very competitive and discounted.

Not all items are available in Big bazar bhangargarh. Some of the staffs are not helping out to find something. Always long queues while billing.

Service is not at all good. Order online Odonil room spray and received empty bottle. Complained to vendor immediately after receiving the product. He assured for refund of amount in future pay wallet. But no amount received till date.

About 5 years ago, this was a buzzing grocery place but now, the shelves are half empty, the staff is hardly responsive and most importantly, IT IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. Buy things at your own risk. There is no level of organisation of products and service so it is chaos there. Never going there again in this lifetime 🚫

Big Bazar bhangaghar is run by irresponsible management.I placed an order online at night and I got confirmation that the delivery will be made the other day between 8am to 10am.I did not receive my order and when I tried to contact them,their numbers dont work.So I was left with no other option other than filing a complaint at their pan India customer support no.As I am writing this review,it has been my third day since my order placement and it hasnt resolved yet.I would like to give a negative review if google would let me.

First of all I will never order from Big bazar ever again. I had ordered for mint and your team sent me Coriander which was rotten. The iceberg lettuce that you sent me was half and all brown. The mango which you charged 120 bucks was a tiny mole.I dont need Dhaniya. I needed Mint. The mangoes were So sour that I had to throw all of them

Indeed a good place to buy all your groceries and basic amenities but the overall decorum of the mall is decreasing in terms of cleanliness, customer service etc.

We have ordered products from here but they deliver it late and then they have send us used product and then there is no complaints procedure as their number is not in use.Earlier also they have delivered defective product in this pandemic.
