Based on my experience, Go with any other agency. Poor quality work, Looting a lot of Money and very Irresponsible.

These guys are asking for extra too much money even without completing things as per written in the agreement. The workers all are irresponsible and not punctual. Even they cant lay a pillar straight upward.They are looking forward to make money. Not even concerned about costumer satisfaction. You can find lots of construction agencies right in trivandrum whom you can believe so go for it. Dont waste your money with all these irresponsible IDIOTS. Thankyou.

Really these guys are very irresponsible and also they will sucks all your money. So be aware of it. You should better go for other construction agencies or do it by yourself lol. Both these options are worth than consulting these guys. Seriously, THESE GUYS ARE FAKE. These guys only use low quality things like tiles, switch boards, wires, pipes etc. And if we ask them to change or adjust the quality, they bill them as extra with 2x of its original amount. (if you are a guy with lots of money and also wont bother about the construction... Then go for these guys) lol
