The administration was inefficient. Maybe this is the problem only of my faculty but it almost ruined my exchange experience here. The facilities of the university are outdated and maintenance of the buildings is badly needed. Not surprisingly, as is common in Russia, the best rooms are occupied by the staff who work at the university, while the classrooms look like they have not been maintained since 1991.
