Worst service center. They took 5 months (from november 2020 to march 2021) to return my Laptop that too both keyboard and trackpad not working.They took the work after they promised a maximum delay of 2 weeks.They showed irresponsible and arrogant attitude when they were contacted multiple times.They were trying trail and error solutions for repairing my laptop. Instead of clearly diagnosing and repairing it.They conatantly made false promises and when i asked about the keyboard they said they were not responsible and it was my responsibility.Worst experience in my life.

Simply Irresponsible! I have given my laptop for service in Nov 2019 and while I asked updates after two weeks they said they need 1 more week and said they will call back after serviced.They havent called back and when I again approached them they said its beyond repair.They havent cared to inform me or even said its beyond services.

[Update on 2 oct 2019] - They rectified the issue for free of cost. Thanks Realtech.A good option for computer service in Trivandrum for reasonable cost.One recent incident is my laptop WiFi is not working after the service.

I went to the Apple Authorized Service Center called F1 to fix my 2015 MacBook Pro that wouldnt startup. They diagnosed it as a Motherboard failure and suggested I replace the motherboard for Rs 64,000+. Over here at Realtech, Rahul looked into the motherboard and fixed it in days (without replacing the entire motherboard) for a much cheaper rate than F1. Highly recommended!!

One of the most irresponsible services in Trivandrum. I gave my laptop for service and after one week when I visited the center, they have no idea about my laptop service status. They dont even know where my laptop is placed, who is dealing with it, etc. If you are planning to give your laptop for service, expect at least a 10 day delay that too after inquiring 10 times.

These guys were able to bring back my Asus H77 board back to life, which was a miracle considering there were broken pins in the CPU socket.Id recommend the place for their friendly dealing and prompt service.

An excellent computer service station at Patton Trivandrum, situated on the road to Provident fund office. Very prompt and courteous service . Reasonable charging. Parking can be outside the building on the road. All brands are services here upto chop level. They sell chargers, hard disks, accesories also. There is no wheel chair accessible entrance.
