Not even picking calls...no response even after extending small repair for 2 weeks..Dont get cheated...if u dont know how to treat customer..stop this business.

Gave a laptop for data recovery. No one calls for next 10 days. No one picks up calls. Regret giving them the job.

Poor Service and customer handling, gave a printer cartridge for filling and spoiled it. They are telling different issues on different days.

Its ever worst Computer Sales and Service center. My friend has a bitter experience from here. He given his HP laptop for service of charging port. Finally, even after two months when they didnt contact back my friend gone there and enquired about the details. THESE GUYS ARE EXTREMELY WORST

Honest Review, take this for my word.First of let me say that , I lost all my mood for the day just by spending 5 mins in this shop. Worst customer care, no follow up, technician not available most of the time, had to go their 3 times just to know the problem since they haven’t called.The idiot over their thinks that he can fool people by talking about computer. I charged me 250rs for nothing and I didn’t want to ask him why just because I didn’t want to suck up his negativity and spoil my entire week. After going their I lost faith in humanity, i hope that he have a huge loan to pay off otherwise how could he sleep at night.On the contrary I went to another shop in Sreekaryam itself where they cared their customers. So if there is any chance ...PLS DONT GO to this place.(can’t give zero star so giving 1 star)

Dont give your devices here. They took more than a month to repair a laptop with minor complaints and when asked are saying silly excuses .
