Very much satisfied with all the items and their after sales services. Usually the common issue with many other shops in the same field is, if we enquire about some products or services, we may need to call them again and again to get the required information as they all seems to be busy. At the same time I havent faced any of those issues here. Even if they are at the peak time of sales at the shop they will answer your calls or give a call back and ofcourse clarify your needs. I really appreciate this kind of approach from them. Some of the products I have purchased has some defects but they have replaced it without any hesitation. Very poor customer experience. Their laptop servicing and staff are plain jokes. They dont call you for giving updates. We have to keep calling them asking for updates. Even after repair, problem keeps recurring - after they keep the laptop at service center for weeks. Overall, very unprofessional and shabby approach.Im giving a 1-star, just because there is no 0-star or negative ratings available.

Lacks technical expertise for computer & laptop services. Mostly they suggest to replace a broad variety of components instead of actually repairing them. Commodities are priced at a higher range when compared to many other shops and very high compared to online purchase.

I am a regular customer of Dnet , I run Software Training Institute (CAD DESK) at Trivandrum. Most of the systems are purchased from Dnet. Their service is most recommendable , I just need to make single phonecall for any service related issues.

Very poor staff behaviour at the service. The contact person was terrible with interacting and he was acting as if I was asking for some favour. Won’t enter that premise anymore. Please stay away from the service as they won’t check the board issues themselves and are outsourcing. They are just replacing the other components that most people are capable of. Better find an alternate service centre or just do it ourselves.

Poor customer service, especially the man at the service desk. They do not follow up on the service related queries. Asked to wait for 2 hours for a simple windows update on a laptop we got from there. Do not recommend, Oxygen stores are way better.

Worst Place and totally waste of Money. I went for CPU Fan Error But they didnt try to find the problem suddenly they told CPU Cooler fan is 3200Rs and said your PC model is old. I gave to one of computer service center in Kollam Jeremoh Nagar and Got Second hand fan and also they found some bios problem in my system and rectified.

Why dont google provide zero star option to rate these kind of store.Very nasty experience from them.Never trust them.They take money for repairing the same issue even if you purchase from them within warranty period more than once without even solving the issue. Same problem existing after 3rd service. 2 of them are paid even within warranty period. And warranty replacement is a joke here. They may take 2 month for a replacement when some other retailers can replace it in 2 weeks. ABSOLUTE TRASH. Dont rush into this store just by watching the large building.

I had been to this place for my laptop service. The way they diagnosed the issue was good and fast. Before the remediation they explained in details on the issue and available options. I see a highly customer oriented staff there. Apart from the service some of the spares are readily available where those spares which are not readily available, they enquire and tell us immediately on the expected delivery if place an order. Shop is is accessible from highway and easily noticeable from traffic. Parking is not an issue as there are space available along the NH side for few cars.

The service they provide is not good at all.The items are all overpriced and they dont give any discount.Once i bought a cable converter and they charged me with 500 without any discount. When i looked for the same product online, i found it was sold for 300.The only reason they are getting customers is because there is no such store like this around kazhakkuttam.If you are going to buy a laptop or desktop please go to logtech systems nanthancode as they have lot of models.

They sells Dell products, as well other brands. They are customer sided always. But their service regarding warranty machines is poor. Because they are not troubleshooting the issue properly. Service team has no proper knowledge. Other support,sales and services are better.

Best place to buy new things, but not rigt place for repair. Better go directly to company service centre because they send all laptops to other place. I gave many laptop for repair but after several weeks they says cannot be repaired and need to replace major parts and still no guarantee on its function even though we agree to spend money. If charger is complaint cant we they try to replace the cell in case it is dead by checking its ampire. No positive response on any repairs. But for new stuffs it is the right place at affordable rates. I think needs to have good technicians.

I was surprised to see that they have a few brands of wireless keyboard and mouse in stock while most stores have no more than one brand in stock.
