The employees are very bad and not helpful.They are in attitude why to do work simply gossiping and sitting.To open account during lockdown went at 11:20 and it was said earlier11:30 it will close but they stopped at 11:20am itself.The employees having a very bad attitude to customers.

A total useless post office...I gave change of addr to redirect post to new home addr. But postman will again goes to old addr and returning the letter back to the sender with reason that tenant is not on the concerned addr.i lost my Pan card due to this....

Worst staff

The post office has sufficient space for two wheeler parking. When I went to collecty daughters passport, the staff behaved politely. The postman was waiting for me to give my passport as I couldnt collect from my home.

A good change in attitude of employees towards Customers..., Post Office started accepting KWA, Asianet, Private Mobile Providers Post Paid bills, some Financial Institutions Auto and Home Loan EMIs etc., Service not fast but definitely a change from how it happened in past. Systems were slow and needs more development.
