Pathetic excuse of a branchPro : parking spaceCon : 1. Unfriendly staff esp asst manager2. Half the staff on leave. Cant get anything including printing a passbook done on the same day3. If you ask for a dd, reply will be like today the staff in that seat is on leave, tomorrow I will sit in that seat, why dont you come tomorrow4. If you submit an affidavit from the registrar( with signature) of a national institute in which you are currently working, as proof of address, in the institute letter pad, with seal, madame proficiency asks you to prove that registrar has signed it.5. If you finally decide to change the branch, they make sure that its not easy for you. They will not accept the request even if you never have created an issue, and make you approach them via the other branch just to ignore it.Thank God for internet banking!
