Tayas is located on a main road. You have parking facilities. The room was spacious and neat. The super market downstairs is very handy in getting something useful like fruits for kids, batteries for camera, soaps and shampoos, towels etc. There are many good food outlets nearby. Azad, and some Arabian food plazas.

Spacious rooms and well developed good hall available at reasonable prices. Stay was very pleasant. Staff was cooperative and of good behavior. The breakfast was unlimited as they have buffet system. The ambience was also awesome. Only one thing I found not good, the name of the hotel not displayed from the road. It is hard to find such a good hotel without google maps or asking any local person.

Near to Medical college, Trivandrum. Suitable for single woman traveller too. Clean and spacious rooms, clean and hygienic bathroom/toilet. AC room with Breakfast available. No fan were available in my room. Highly Recommended. Overall rating 10/10

Very old building. bathroom fittings are not working properly especially flush. tv kept separately from bedroom. every thing old. but they are trying to give best in their hand. but as per customer veiw not value for money. staff are good.

Hotel property was maintained very well and even the rooms were spacious but the staff was not supportive. I stayed for 2 days but no housekeeping person came to the cleanroom. I have order tea fist day that cup and saucer was lying there as housing keeping was not bothered only, rest hotel location is in the market area and all amenities were nearby to the property.

Room over here comes with a kitchen area with mini dining, good double cot size, hot water facility, wifi connection with acceptable speed, lift, parking, buffet breakfast (depends on your booking) etc. Staffs are friendly and helping. Good one near medical college if you can afford. Not expensive as well, might be Rs 100 or 200 more than few other AC rooms nearby but we feel its worth for its cleanliness and facilities. Book through Oyo (call them) for discounted price.

In the photos, hotel looks awesome, but its really not clean and staff are not supportive. We had many issues. Toilet flush was not working properly and AC also. We requested them and they said to wait. And at 10 pm, they came and informed, we can shift to other room. We checked in at 3 pm. That time itself we are complaining about room. Staff are so irrespective and they are not caring about guest. And no hot water in the morning.

No hot water in the bathroom because solar heater wont work and there are no alternative arrangements. took bath with cold water, called the restaurant to deliver coffee of tea the restaurant refused. they say no coffee during the day only in the evening, but these rules arent mentioned or written anywhere. very unfriendly atmosphere

I really like the hotel. Eventhough I couldnt spot the hotel easily, once I did the inside was huge enough for my taste. The room was nice and clean. The service was up to the mark. Food was also good, not great though.

Hotel was not at all clean. There were cockroches all over the bed. Used plates by previous costumers were lying in the lobby for more than 24 hours. It was a very bad stay for us. Breakfast was served in a horrible way. Idli was packed in a paper and chutni and sambar was given in plastic bags. No plates were available. Do not go for this option at all

I have booked this hotel through Goibibo more than a week prior to my stay. At last moment I have been informed that the booking was cancelled as they can provide 1 room for 3 guest since its against there policy, which they have agreed and confirmed earlier.I was completely helpless since I didnt booked another hotel. However, thanks to Goibibo for arranging another hotel in such a short period.Piece of advice for OYO 2079.. Please be clear about your policies before confirming any booking. If you dont provide 1 room with 3 guest facility then why you have the option to chose numbers of guests and room!!And moreover you have given the booking confirmation also!!

A good hotel near Ullor ,This is not a hotel but it is a Service Apartment, big room with huge living area. Small pantry, washroom is good well maintained neat and clean. Free WiFi but not proper service, that doesnt have service staff to attend complaints. Nice shopping mall in the same building.

This OYO service was good unlike others.2 nights stay was good. On the main road.Staff is humble. They understood and accepted our requests. Rooms were good. Room had that freshness. Its near to NISH. No restaurants inside, as it’s a stay.

Good budget accommodation.Dont expect quality breakfast or even tea or coffee.Plenty of restaurants in 50mtrs from here.Eat outside not here.friendly reception desk.Recommend booking thru app and confirming your visit or paying upfront instead of paying at reception to avoid any reservation related issues after landing up .Even though receptionists are friendly n helpful ,they seem to be not empowered or knowledgeable enough about locality to assist you for transportation or guide regarding local places or geography around.However,being in Kerala,no worries.General public as well as most auto or taxi drivers are helpful ,decent n cooperative .

I had difficulty finding the place because I relied on the location map on your app and it misled me. Other then that I had a pleasant surprise stay. I didnt have any food from there as I was out most of the time. The place was clean, the room spacious and the staff courteous.

The rooms were fine for the price. Could have been more cleaner and maintained. The ac was dripping water and phone wasnt working.

Please dont go for this Hotel. We checked-in around late evening and the hotel was Under staffed. The rooms were un-used, dirty AF and the cockroaches were playing around on the floor as well as on the bed. The bedsheets and Toilets were also not cleaned before our occupancy. Please check and assure your room. Regards.

We booked in advance a room at OYO 2079 at TVM nearby Medical college, for 2 days- from 17.04.2019 to 19.04 .19 and paid in advance for the room. And when we arrived at the reception, the guy who was at the reception said no rooms are available and we have to look elsewhere for rooms.We showed him the booking confirmation message but he said he cannot do anything about it..When we contacted the given Ph.no. the recorded message said the number doesnt exist.After trying another number, it too said the same.After many futile attempts we got one person on line who said we have to book a room at another hotel and pay there.. When we asked her about the money already been paid, she said it will be refunded later. What a PATHETIC SITUATION YOU ARE IN , CAN YOU GUESS?

Except for the wrong choice of toilet to be fixed for a building with low water pressure, and for the breakfast served, they provided a comfortable stay with good service

There was no power supply in the building from morning(june52019). They never had any backups i think. Room became so hot that no body could stay there.

How can u ask customers to eat in newspaper without a plate. management was too poor. I booked couple of rooms and we were given rooms on opposite corners of the floor when all the nearbuy rooms were empty. management is not proactive, no towels and soaps were provided only after we asked they have provided. Staffs seemed to have no clue why they are working...

This is Tayas Service Apartment. Good part of this hotel is its location, near medical college,super market in ground floor from where you can buy snacks, drinking water,ice cream, biscuits, cake etc. This is also a cheap hotel but keep in mind from quality perspective also this is ok type ,not good. Few door locks were broken, in one room shower was broken, space in the room was also very less. We had to ask 2-3 times for extra towel and pillow. Food in the restaurant is good for all region but in the breakfast they have not provided drinking water and had to buy from them. In summary it is good hotel to stay for one night but not more than that.

It honestly doesnt deserve any stars. The bathroom was dirty, flush was not working and the bed was not even cleaned. In the morning, we were told there was breakfast but the whole place was stinking. The wash area was so dirty and the breakfast had not come by 8.30. Overall, I would never suggest anyone to this hotel as it very poorly maintained and it is a total waste of money.
