But I do not see a lot of books, but somehow there was no need for them - everything is in electronic format. There are 3 large lecture halls: large flows in them are placed with a bang, but in one of them a light blue board, on which no chalk is visible, is annoying, of course.What to say about education ... well, everything is very subjective. In my opinion, there are a lot of lecturers who first lecture simply according to the methodology, and then ask purely according to it. A lot of time is spent on subjects that have little to do with the specialty or are generally useless (ICT is an example of this). This is depressing and not at all motivating. But! There are also super interesting items! And there are teachers leading couples like gods. Be my will, I would only go to them. And there is scientific work! Of course, here again how lucky you are with the scientific leader. But we choose them ourselves. There is an opportunity to publish and participate in conferences already at the bachelors degree. Someone already on the 3rd year went to internship and study on the exchange abroad. In general, if you turn around well, you can settle down very well. Everything is usually in our hands. Poor teaching at all economic institutes, lack of scientific activity in humanitarian specialties, lack of motivation among teachers (and often elementary pedagogical skills), coupled with poor work of internal university structures (managing dormitories, the legal department, deans of some institutes) make it possible to know the full power of bureaucracy and absurdity in education. Teachers do not attend lectures in semesters, while the dean’s office does not restore lost classes. I will not say for all the institutes, but the IHEPE, TEI and IEIiP leave much to be desired, especially the teaching staff of the Department Theoretical Foundations of Economics and Business Process Management. I recommend not to spare money and go to paid tuition at a stronger university in another city than to spend 4 years here at the expense of budgetary funds, while receiving a minimum amount of knowledge through self-study.
