This is from my personal experience. I had contacted our CM’s Office two times in the span of a year and both times they were very helpful, prompt and resolved my grievances with earnest. I have frankly never seen a government so responsible and accountable, I strongly believe that one will not find such a responsible administration even internationally! When my father was dying of a stroke which was further aggravated by aggressive treatment at a private hospital here, Shri. Jijith Raj, from our CM’s Chief Secretary’s Office swiftly intervened and resolved the complaint with such speed that I was left astounded! They did not know who I am, where I reside, my political affiliation, nothing ... just a complete stranger, but they helped me as if I was their own relative! I never forgot that! You never forget those who help you during the tough times. At my native place, Kunnamthanam (Mallapally), I have decked up my home with atleast 20 CPI(M) flags, in honour of our CM since that day. Plus there are banners, decor, balloons ... in short it is all red here since then and we are now a CPI(M) stronghold! Even a week ago, when I was facing serious threats to my life and a tenant family (with a member who is a heart patient), staying at my house in Chammathamukku, Ala, Chengannur, due to some misbehaving auto drivers who were trying to illegally seize my property and boasting political connections, even threatening the local police there - Shri. Robert Francis, our CM’s Joint Secretary quickly intervened to resolve the problem, even involving the highest law enforcement official in the State to ensure that such criminal activities were ceased immediately and not repeated. I have placed three big flexes of our CM at that property, inspite of facing opposition by the local political office there. A leadership that is focused on dedicatedly ensuring the progress of our State. Eagerly looking forward to the next five years! Meanwhile, I already have and will definitely continue to spread this message by word-of-mouth, reviews, etc. and contribute in every way that I can for the rest of my life! I will never forget these kind deeds by your government, a system that is new to Kerala but very much required for its advancement and development - well on its way to becoming the best managed state in the entire world! We are indebted ... beyond words!

Extremely satisfying and a humble experience

The official residence of Kerala Governer. It is located in the capital city of Trivandrum. Full of trees in a very big compound and very peaceful atmosphere.

Raj Bhavan is the official residence of the Governor of Kerala. Built in 1829 as Palace Guest house of Travancore Government Guest. This palace was originally constructed by Royal Government of Travancore as a guest palace to accommodate state guests and heads of states while on their official visits to Thiruvananthapuram.

The Kerala Raj Bhavan in Vellayambalam / Kowdiar area in the heart of the Capital City ofThiruvananthapuram is the official residence of the Governor of Kerala. This majestic building is a heritage structure constructed by the erstwhile Kingdom of Travancore in 1829 as a Palace Guest House for the Government of Travancore. The sprawling Campus of the Raj Bhavan has a beautiful garden, which adds a green canopy for the entire area. Apart from being the official residence of the Governor, the Raj Bhavan also hosts many official functions like swearing in of Ministers of Government of Kerala and Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala. VVIP Visitors and State Guests like President, Vice President, Prime Minister and Senior Cabinet Ministers also stay in the Raj Bhavan during their State Visit to Kerala

Its the official residence of Kerala Governor. Always prepare for traffic halt as VIPs used to come and go. Also, please be careful while driving at night through the main road as some reckless youngsters do car/bike racing.

Visited the Rajbhavan today to submit a petition to the honorable Governer of Kerala. It is a beautiful historical place. Landscapes and office buildings are well maintained.Electricity employees and Officers conducted a Rajbhavan bhavan March to withdraw the Proposed electricity amendment Bill. On behalf of NCCOEEE ( National campaign committee of electricity employees and engineers) , leaders submitted the petition to the Governer.
