Excellent customer service with helpful advise from the employees. This Post office is at Sasthamangalam Jn, have the banking facility, speed post, parcel service etc...They have minimum parking area, can park outside the compound.

The staff are very reluctant to pick up the phone. On the third try, a lady answered the phone. She was quite abrupt and rude. Had no telephone manners at all.
