Great food and great service. They have section Kafeehaus specials in their menu. Tried couple of things from it and they were really good. Also tried their sandwich which was average, not that great. But their specials and hot chocolate was really good. The person who took the order was polite and friendly and explained to us about the their specials. The only things they could improve a little bit is the waiting time. It was bit on the higher side. Rest everything is perfect.

A cozy swiss themed café offering a variety of sandwiches, pasta, spaghetti, risotto, pizzas, hot and cold beverages etc. My personal favorite is the bacon and cheese sandwich served with a side of coleslaw and potato chips. Very filling and delicious. Also tried the pasta meat bolognese which was also very tasty. They have really good milkshakes and cold coffee too. Overall, a very nice place to visit. There is indoor as well as outdoor seating. Gpay, cash and card payments are available. Parking is difficult.

Visiting this place after more than 2 years and I should say, its good as always! ❤️ To start off, the ambience of the place is classy, neat and well utilised. This place used to serve the best hot chocolate, and still holds up to it, that we ordered it again. The grilled chicken salad was little bland and we had to ask for mayonnaise to make it taste better. The chicken bolognese pizza (comes in 8) was damn good! The flavoured latte macchiatto (with vanilla flavour) tasted more like normal coffee. Overall the ambience of the place and decent food gives a different vibe to the place.

Disappointing Experience.(Food was okay! But never going there again)1. We reserved our seats n yet were asked to sit in an untidy back room which had an useless AC.2. They were not bothered to take our order and even when the order was brought in(after 1.5 hrs) , cutlery was nt available until we repeatedly asked for it. Thanks to our friends who had literally gone to the kitchen to get it after patiently waiting for 20 mins.3. Oh yeah! They ran out of tissues!4. Drinking water was served in broken glasses. Not worthy, it is a cafe that is out of stock of coffee. Asked for the bacon and cheese sandwich and ended up with only taste of mayonnaise, which wasnt described in the menu, they describe the ingredients of the dish but unfortunately put more mayo than the main ingredients. The bread also is quite normal. My friend asked for a salad pasta and that tasted nice. Unfortunately they didnt take any action, just said it always comes with mayo and just gave me a sign with a phone number to call to his manager, which of course I wont loose my time with.

But a small portion for a heavy price of Rs 440… Relishing though.Kaffeehaus is within the hushed neighbourhood next-door to vazhuthacaud. They’ve got all the European delicacies- spaghetti, pasta, pizza, salad… and some dishes which would be unheard of like the Rosti and crostini.Ive tried their CHICKEN ROSTI before and it is a chunk of potato mashed with the selected veggies or meat. The PASTA AGLIO E OLIO was delicious too.

They had a huge bread but it could be more exciting. The potato chips was just not the right add to the sandwich. Felt it wasnt matching. Parking is an issue on MP appan road but worth a visit once. I am yet to try the desserts. Was expecting the real chocolate instead of powder for the chocolate milk.

A quaint cafe tucked away in one of the several byroads around Vazhuthacaud. Though small, the place has an appealing ambience with nicely done interiors. The menu is as European as it gets and scores a perfect 10/10 on the taste quotient. The service is prompt. The place is a bit pricey though. All in all, a must-visit place for those craving for an authentic European spread.

Kaffehause Trivandrum, what should I say.. One of the cafe you find around the city with a touch of Swiss flavours... In short word Calm and Cozy.. if you are going in car you will find it a bit difficult to get a parking... Let me tell you the ambience and atmosphere is perfect and the people over there :-) ❣️ love it...Food and Drinks... I love the Lemon Ice Tea over there... Its just perfect.. you should try it out.. 🍹The menu is simple, precisely Swiss food... But if you feel confused, just ask anyone over there they gonna help you out with the best taste you like.. gotta give it to the management.. I like the place a lot cause there is not a big crowd and the music is always soothing... Best combo to go with food and to have a good time.. 😉Food is really upto the quality and standards... The grilled chicken sandwich the crispiness on the crust and the sound it makes when you scratch it with your fork... 🤤🤤Panacotta Dessert is another something I find best in the desserts and yes, there is not a much of a big list in dessert section but as I have told the menu is simple and much like hand picked... I had high hopes coming to this restaurant, and I was mostly satisfied. I was expecting a different type of cuisine than the standard Thiruvananthapuram food. By the way, I went with 5 other people. We ordered 2 pastas, 1 fried chicken piece, 1 chicken rösti, and 1 fish dish. The food was absolutely spectacular and succeeded all of my expectations. However, the waiting was a bit too much for my liking: 30 minutes after ordering, we still didnt get our food, and we had to ask the waiter to speed up the process so that we can receive hot meals. Aside from that, the food and service is exemplary.

We reached at 9:00 and the cafe was closed. Staff over there said that it would open only after 9:30 A.M. We had called them previous day to check on the opening time and they had said that it would be open from 9 A.M. Correct your business hours in Google and provide correct information to customers. This used to be a good cafe but now the service standards have been going down with time.

Nice restaurant with good ambience. Variety of dishes. A good hangout place. We ordered pastas and sandwich. And veg and cheese rosti. Everything was super tasty. For dessert, try nutelle crepe and jura pana cotta. Its really yummy. Cheese cake is famous here(but we didnt like the taste). Normal desserts are also available like milkshakes, brownie with icecream. I would recommend this place

The servers do not understand the menu and have over charged us, putting the wrong menu items and we were just tired of explaining their error. Edit: Reducing 4 star to 3 since I called a day before to confirm the timing of restaurant and they said 9 AM. I reached at 9.02 and the restaurant was closed. A guy told us that nobody is there and it will only open by 9.30. Even Google said it opens at 9. They should fix their timinhsThe food and the cold office I had were really tasty. A suggestion would be to add veggies in their pasts. Their pasta did not have vegetables even though it was the veg option and also didnt have the side bread.

Absolutely wonderful. A warm and cozy place to just sit down and enjoy the flavors the Swiss have to offer. The waiting staff were super friendly and the interior design succeeds in taking you to a different world, far away from the residential areas of Vazhuthacaud. Everything we bought tasted amazing. The subtle flavored iced tea to the flavor packed spaghetti. Every bite wowed us. We had an almost full course meal for two which would leave us satisfied till the next day morning. A wonderful experience.

Ive never really had the opportunity to dine in, by hopefully soon. Love the food. Its delicious. Portions are generous. I often order from the breakfast menu, sometimes 2 of them if Im feeling particularly peckish by around 11, in-between work. Something to drink along would make it feel complete. Forget the location, where you are and jusr savour the interior and the simpleness of the place and dive into the menu and you could be forgiven for thinking its anywhere but Kerala. Started with the simple but staple hot chocolate and cold coffee along with raclette and the tried and tested bacon and cheese sandwich all of which I am happy to report were excellent. I didnt get the chance to try the pasta but it sounds promising. Then the reason I stepped into he cafe - the desserts. I am ecstatic to say the Nutella crepe, the jura and the chocolate cake I tried was heavenly. Do give this small in size but large on quality and taste cafe a definite try. The pricing is a little on the higher side but worth it due to quality and the variety of cheeses available.

Went for a family get together. Warm welcòme , Nice ambience and hospitality. First I ordered a cappuccino but it was cold when I informed they replaced. V ordered grilled chicken salad and bacon salad, we felt bacon salad seasoning was little over. Rsti with chicken and Chicken schnitzel was good with mash potato. Cold coffee, cold chocolate and milk shake all average. Grilled chicken sandwich was yummy. But bacon cheese sandwich was salty. Pasta napoli tomato was good with great flavour. Overall 5/3.5 for food.

Beautiful cosy to hangout with friends. Its located a little interior so you might find it little difficult if you are a first time visitor. They have a good swiss dishes. Loved the Nutella crêpes and the fondue. Chocolate lovers this place is just for you.They have seperate private tables which is available on special occasions.Its neither expensive nor budget friendly, the pricing is just like your other cafe outlets but this gives us bit of swiss look to it.They got geat music (we found it perfect for a cafe atmosphere mostly reggae stuff) and pleasant ambience. A must try place in Trivandrum.This place is even good to keep private meetings.Overall this is one of the food places to hangout in Trivandrum.

Ordered a Beef spaghetti bolognese with two drinks, a cold coffee and a butterscotch milkshake. The bolognese was by far one of the best Ive had in the city and it indeed is well served with the right quantity. The cold coffee wasnt that great but the butterscotch milkshake covered it up for it. Brilliant ambience, wonderful staff and a good gastronomical treat. Oh yeah, did I tell you about their cheesecake, twas heavenly.

Visited Kaffehaus for breakfast. but had a very bad experience.1. Poor Service and delay in delivery.2. Quality of the food was bad. We ordered a big breakfast and continental breakfast. Scrambled egg was not at all moist. Mushrooms were Highly oily. Hashed Beans were predemoninat ketchup taste. Cut fruits were not at all fresh.3. Sausage, Hash browns, toast, marmalade tasted good.Overall not worth for the money.

I havent had a proper Swiss breakfast, but the food i swiggyed from Kaffeehaus seemed pretty legit. Loved the Mushroom and Swiss Grilled Cheese Sandwich. My daughter eats nothing, but really dug in to the coleslaw that came with. A bit pricey, though. Even though i understand why, it also means i cant afford Kaffeehaus meals on a regular basis. That being said, this place would be great if you want to indulge a bit.

Their food is a bit overpriced, yet tasty and good. The service is good and so is the ambiance, though the red walls with the crosses can put some people off. Parking is a huge problem. Kaffehaus is situated in a very narrow lane--The M.P.Appan Road in Vazhuthacaud, with good traffic. Its a two way lane. If youre lucky, you can park in front of Kaffehaus. Else youll have to look for some empty spot and park close to the compound walls of the houses nearby. Overall, its a good place to hangout alone or with family or friends.

Great little place tucked inside a residential area near DPI. Rosti was great. Pasta Salad was good. Ice Caffee was delicious. Swisas Chocolate Milk was sweet. A little too sweet for my taste. Portion sizes were good. Rosti was the star of the show. Perfectly cooked with an egg on top.

One of the very few restaurants in trivandrum where you’d get well made Swiss food.The ambience is pretty good, different from the usual restaurants here in trivandrum.The waiter staff who also seemed to be Swiss, was a pleasant and friendly lady.Price was negotiable.The location of the restaurant is quite off the main roads.Overall a different experience. 👍🏻

Recently, visited Kaffeehaus for brunch with a couple from Kochi. It was our first time there and because my wife is pregnant, really wanted food that she would enjoyWe reached there around 9 am. We ordered French toast, cheese egg omlet, English breakfast and hot chocolate. The food felt it took eons to come and didnt help that we were very hungry. Thats why I reduced a star for this rating.But after the food came, it felt like heaven. Everything was so delicious. The French toast was perfect. The English was really good. Cheese omlet hit us for a sixThey closed the cafe soon after we left, so breakfast apparently closes at 10:30. The food is also on the pricier side but its worth it. Also the waiters arent well trained, but they are friendly enough.

I really loved the ambience of this place. Its away from the traffic and all the noise, so its really peaceful with the music in the background. The food was great and best for a meeting with friends or even a date. Really recommend everyone to go here and try it out. You wont find space to park your car but coming in a two wheeler is preferred.

Its a great place to try Switzerlands cuisine. While the place is esthetically build, its pretty small with just 4 tables and a few window-facing seats. They also have one or two tables outside the cafe.Kaffeehauss menu has many new and exciting Swiss dishes such as Rosti. I tried their cheese and chicken Rosti and absolutely loved it! The selection of coffee is good as well.

A brand new swiss restaurant with strictly european food ..ordered rosti , a swiss delight with cheese and bacon..wonderful dish served on a crispy base..and chocolate fondue which is molten chocolate sauce with fruits...loved both and wil certainly visit again ..
