My set up box is not working since April 16, 2018. Today is June 16 2018. In spite of the repeated complaints, my set up box is not replaced. Two months are over. I dont know how these people are running business!!! Planning to change to tata sky.

The worst customer service... I would like to give negative star.. they will come fast if you are taking new connection.. but if u call for maintenance it will take weeks .. very poor customer service and lazy technician... I wont recommend it again ..Go for some other cable service or dth service ☹️
