Very worst customer service from Thomson Furniture Kesavadasapuram, Near Dominos. Please don’t go to Thomson Furniture. I bought a sofa set from Thomson and it’s rexin got some issues after 2 years. I had asked for a customer service and they said it is out of warranty and I have to pay 7000Rs. I agreed and they took my sofa for repair. To get the sofa back, I need to make lots of calls and they were very irresponsible in responding to calls. When I got the sofa back, the rexin issue was solved , but the wooden part of sofa had lots of scratches. When I gave the sofa for repair it’s wood portion didn’t had any issues.Fortunately, when discussing about the complaint initially I had forwarded the photo of sofa, that had rexin issues to the customer representative. With that picture I asked how this scratch happened to wooden part. They simply wasted my time with some bla bla excuses and told they will solve it. But no proper response yet. I waited for 3 weeks. Very poor response, irresponsible and bla bla excuses if we ask something. When we go there to buy furtinure they will give lots of offers, but after that customer service will be very poor. Please don’t go to Thomson furniture ulloor. If you go, they will fool you with bla bla offers and if any issues they won’t consider with responsibility. Irresponsible!!! Bad experience!!!
