First of all, thank you for providing me with an exceptional experience at PepperFry showroom, Trivandrum. When I visited, Raeez, Manager @Pepperfry spent almost an hour with me explaining the pros and cons of selecting the different types of Sofa sets, Finally, he helped with the help of virtual reality software, how it suits based on my hall. It was a very good customer experience, I bought Stool (Set of 2) in Off-White & Grey Colour by Nestroots, Arata Tv Unit with Three Slots in Oak Finish - Mintwud and Miranda LHS 2 Seater Sofa with Lounger in Charcoal Grey. Raeez also helped me with the best discounts available and saved my cost as well.

Satisfying experience. Purchased a king size bed, mattress and a computer table. Was able to select the exact models as per my taste and requirements. The store manager Mr. Raees was extremely supportive in this whole process. He very patiently went through my requirements, explained each and every details about the products and always responded to my queries asap. I purchase one tv unit from pepperfry online.i received the item on time(5-oct-21), today is 10 oct, until now nobody came for assemble the item.we have only 7 days to return the item. without open how we know the quality of the item, so i place a request for return the item.last 5 days i am calling them, every time they are saying technician will come within 24 hrs, until now no one came, may be they mean 24 days🤪🤪🤪. i am warning every body please dont do the online purchase from pepper fry. the same thing happened with Royal oak , thats why i choose pepper fry, they are worse than them..you can see the photo of the item still laying in my living area without opening, i dont know how many days this will be here like this..

I went to their showroom to check out office chairs, there wasnt a single chair on display. They told me they have so many products in their site that they didnt have any chairs there. Sounded wrong, cuz the whole point of having a big furniture decor is having to experience your furniture first hand instead of buying online.They gave me a number to contact, the person on the line whatsapped me links of many chairs, he was totally soft spoken and was polite in everything.I had to take away the star cuz of no chairs in the showroom.About the chair, I bought the best recommended office chair at around 9k. Its good with the only complaint I can say is if youre tall youd need more thigh support. The chair is really good.The customer service is really good enough to buy a product from pepperfry.

However the customer service that we received at studio Pepper Fry Trivandrum branch was exemplary.Special mention to our Efficient and sincere Customer representative Mr Shefaz.He has recommended preferred brands and also quality products that we should consider. We have so far purchased two beds, a coffee table, an ottoman chair and a six seater sofa from them. One of the beds was faulty and it took us almost 1 month to get it replaced but that delay was because of the Slow response from the company.Highly recommended.

I purchased a sofa cum lounger and a mattress from pepper fry. Mr. Kishore helped us in selecting the right product and also made arrangements to speed up the delivery of the goods.

We went to PepperFry studio to see if they have any options for study tables. We did not get any clear answer when we asked if there are study tables. They asked it we had checked the website which we had not. We were looking to physically see and buy or be shown models in their catalogue via the systems as we had often experienced in other outlets of online furniture shops.The salesaman asked us to go home, check the site and come back and order from them. He particularly told us not to buy directly.Such a store does not make any sense at all, a big banner of PepperFry instead of this would help PepperFry more than ruining the reputation with such a studio.

I bought an end table and a computer chair from Pepperfry. The staff were very helpful and they helped me select the best option. Its a nice place with lot of good stuff. They delivered it before time but it came unassembled. I wish this part was communicated at the time of purchase. But the best part was that the carpenter came less than 48hrs later and assembled it for us. So overall am really happy with the service and product.

Recently brought Nariko three-door wardrobe from Mintwood. The studio experience was good and the manager sounds informative and reasonable in assisting me to select the product of my concern. Its relatively good product and major drawback is that once it is installed somewhere, it needs to be replaced very carefully. Then the back shields of wardrobe needs to be improved. However, a presence of this product adds up ambience of the room space too... Thanq pepperfry🙂...

The dining table and chairs were just as seen in the pic. And they arrived well before the time mentioned. The only problem was the assembling. Liked the product very much.

Good customer service. Once a customer is IN, they will connect their laptop to a big TV via HDMI cable. Then they will login into pepperfry web and collect our details. They will show us the models thats available in their website. Only high quality furniture items are kept in that showroom for display. Moreover like an exhibition.
