Horrible customer service. Took the chimney for repair on August 17th and finally responded on September 2nd after multiple calls and delivered the chimney in the exact same condition, the issue still un-resolved. Took the chimney back again , as of today(Sep 20 2019), the chimney is still with them and no response or updates so far. We bought a new chimney from another company after getting tired of waiting for the updates. Avoid at any cost.
