We are badly disappointed with the work done Perfect home.Work Quality - - Very poor , After one year its started the termite and kitchen cabinet back and side panels start damaged. Mr.Sai (MD) visited our house for detailing the material we explained all our needs in intitial stage.In that time he promised that they will provide us the good material that will be suitable for our land environment and it wont damaged due to the water absorption.Overall Experience - - Very poorWorkers - - Good , but the workers are from perfect they are d=from outside organization.We realize this after the work stared. When we visited his office for material selection he asks me they have a warehouse in Mukolla. but it was not in the name of perfect its named JK Wood Industries now they changed their name .Professionalism - - Mr.Sai dont know about this, he called abuse words to his labors in front of the client.After Service Support - - Dont expect that. I called Mr.Sai and his site supervisor (Mr.Pradeep) for several time for complaints regarding the material they are still not clear that.

I engaged Perfect Interiors to do the metal roof for our family house in Trivandrum. There were impressive promises but nothing was delivered.The only thing they have been punctual on was collecting payments. Over 75 percent of the total cost has been paid to them but less than 40 percent was delivered.They promised to finish the work in 12 days. It has been almost three months now and all I have is a steel frame rusting away without the roof sheets.They collected the payment for the roof sheets two months ago promising to deliver the materials in two days and now they say the agreed material is unavailable. How could they promise delivery when they took the money if it wasn’t available!Now he doesn’t answer calls or respond to messages.

Deeply disappointed and unsatisfied with the work done by ‘perfect’. They did not complete the project and while on site continued the work based on their own whims and fancies, not according to the requirements of the customer. Zero professionalism. A very sad experience.

I have recently engaged Perfect for some false sealing work, They did the work. It took a week plus for 2 rooms and one hall wall all under 550 sq feet. Their pricing was reasonable. How ever i am not fully satisfied with their work, After the gypsum board work there were reasonable gaps b/w the gypsum sheets - which is not fine, usually gypsum gaps are to be filled with gypsum and sealed with fiber tapes before handing over the work to painters, These folks did things in haste and when asked they mentioned that painters will fill putty and finish it to perfection.I have contacted two painters both complained about the imperfections on gypsum work on first sight. Both said these gaps were to be properly sealed which is supposed to be the work of false ceiling folks, even if they patch it using putty they might come off.I wish them all the best, but they have to learn to do work perfectly and it should keep their customers satisfied.

Sai and workers did an excellent job in completing my house woodwork and painting. His workmanship is really appreciable. The teakwood stairs that he did is appreciated by many. Well done sai and his team.

My family house at nemom was renovated by perfect. We call three of the contractors from online and finally we gave work to perfect interiors. I was amazed by the dealing of Mr Sai who is the managing director of the company.all our budget was just five Lakh and they suggest me to make inside partitions with fibre boards with look like real walls. My wife first doubt it but after doing it we are really happy.all they want to me is a good review so we are giving them five stars

I engaged Sai and his team to renovate my home at Kowdiar. He has a very skilled crew ranging from plumbing to carpentry and tile laying ( these are the services I used). A special mention of his supervisor Jithu who did an extremely good job ! Great work.

One of the most irresponsible people I have dealt with in my entire life....The guy Sai whom I was dealing with... Is just full of talks and no actions... Have to say and must admit that hed do one hell of a sales man job!!!... Hes talked me into making almost 90% of the payments and the work is still left unfinished... Theyve not even completed half of the work... And Im sick and tired of trying to reach the guy!Its been almost 4 months since they have started the work and its reached nowhere... The same work which was promised to be completed in less than 2 weeks!!!His words are just as good as the old Malayalam saying.... Sais vakkum... Pazhaya chakkum...!!! Its just the same!I soo..regret getting in touch with these people! I got in touch with him seeing his ratings in Google... Which Im sure he made his friends do it!
