Did my full home interior including modular kitchen with Module5. Now its almost 2 years since the work has been completed. Very happy with their quality work. The work and finish is very good and the materials are of high quality. Was able to finish everything within my budget. Since my work was done during the heavy rain in 2018 (പ്രളയം) there were some delay in finishing the work on time, otherwise no issues. The team is very good in providing lots of design ideas and very supportive and their rates are also affordable.

In our home module 5 team make the kitchen and wardrobes. First of all the kitchen is amazing and it has P U finish. Combination of shades are eye-catching and the quality is excellent. All the three wardrobes are different in design and construction. Dressing table and cabinets are very good. Especially the utility is amazing. Highly I am suggesting. Thanks for the team Mr sanooj Mr anfas and Mr sabeek. And a suggestion to the management is make the assembling team professional.

Very poor commitment of the team. Not responsible for the job taken up.collected 95% of the payment and not responding to complete the job. Not picking up any phone calls. Most irresponsible team. As per the agreement the jobs to be completed in 20 to 25 days. But even after 40 days the jobs are not completed. Very poor workmanship. Think twice before selecting this team. Very good in canvassing but very poor in completion. Perhaps one way escaping from the warranty conditions.

We are satisfied with the colour/material options of module5, they are very educative and lot of options displayed.As a architecture firm they had minimized our job a lot, their glass options has shocked me with 72 shades in velvet finish

Praveen and Pramod did a wonderful job right from initial discussion, design reviews and finalisation of the drawings. Really appreciate their patience and accommodated all suggestions on drawings/changes etc. As committed once the drawing is finalised and 50% is paid with in 22 days the house interior was ready. Awesome job by this team and Module5. Sorry it is six moths later i am posting this -still the freshness of the interior is as new as built yesterday. Quality of material, finish and attention to details is superb.

Very irresponsible management. Eventhough they committed and had agreement that they will finish work within 9 days due to lack of coordination with the workers work got prolonged to more than 1month. All the agreed work were not done and had to give work to external people for the uncompleted work. On enquiry they were not even responding to calls. In summary highly dissatified when we have to pay such huge amount and get such unfinished work.

Dont get baffled by the display kitchens . The final products are way less finished than those on display . Also make sure that the material you asked is the same that they delivered . Commitment is not their word , make sure that you call them daily to get your work done in immediate future .
